Today, advances in information and communication technology have had a huge influence on many parts of life, particularly in the corporate world. An e-business, or electronic business, is one of the new concepts available. Through Electronic Data Interchange (EDI), e-mail, electronic bulletin boards, electronic cash transfers, and other network-based technology, this business model promotes the flow of information and paperless corporate transactions. An e-business information system (EBIS) is a device, technique, or set of business processes that use technological hardware, software, networks, and brainware to communicate, transact, and manage a range of business operations throughout an organisation without regard to time or location. The use of e-business information systems has become a critical component for businesses to attain national and global commercial success. Indonesia is regarded as a prospective state with the quickest e-business or e-commerce development. Despite this, businesses have not completely tapped into the benefits of e-business.
Because of the growing number of apps that use client servers, both desktop and WEB applications, each user must learn a large number of user ids and passwords, because each application requires authentication in order to use it for security reasons. Furthermore, the development of network media, both wired and wireless, is accelerating. In the scenarios stated above, RADIUS (Remote Authentication Dial-In User Service) technology is required since the RADIUS approach allows a user to utilize a single user id to access several applications, both desktop and web-based. The application of E-Banking is a form of bank service to customers that was established in the 1970s and has started in Malaysia. Banking in Indonesia has the advantage of instilling harmony in business ideals and values ??that lead to spirituality. A good relationship in building relationships is the standard for choosing a private bank. Where certain conditions banking is able to become mobile on online applications. It has been seen that there is less activity in bank lobbying in conducting transactions between customers and employees, because it has increased customer satisfaction, maintaining relationships with antecedent factors and marketing performance in the field. The application of strategies in marketing is a form of reference in attracting customers to become regular customers with the main purpose of this research paper being to analyze CRM performance as a form of trust in customer relationships to E-Banking without meeting bank employees, bringing convenience to customers in using banking e-banking services. accessible online.
Sistem informasi akademik (Siakad) merupakan salah satu sistem yang digunakan untuk mendukung proses keberlangsungan perkuliahan oleh sebab itu dibutuhkan pelayanan akademik yang tepat waktu, akurat dan memenuhi kebutuhan. Saat ini proses penjadwalan mata kuliah masih menggunakan proses manual sehingga proses penjadwalan mata kuliah saat ini memakan waktu yang cukup lama dan juga sumber daya yang dimiliki oleh Biro Administrasi Pembelajaran masih terbilang dibawah standar atau kurang sehingga masih terdapat banyaknya peran sumber daya yang memiliki double job. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk melihat tingkat capability pada siakad Universitas Esa Unggul dan memberikan sebuah rekomendasi yang dapat digunakan untuk meningkatkan visi dan misi Universitas Esa Unggul. Penelitian ini menggunakan framework COBIT untuk membantu melihat tingkat capability pada siakad Universitas Esa Unggul. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian maka dihasilkan tingkat capability pada siakad Universitas Esa Unggul saat ini berada pada level tiga yaitu defined yang artinya Universitas Esa Unggul sudah memberikan panduan di setiap proses yang ada sesuai dengan SOP (standard operating procedure) yang ada namun belum ada pengukuran layanan terkait penjadwalan mata kuliah pada siakad. Dalam hal ini diberikan sebuah rekomendasi perbaikan untuk meningkatkan pelayanan siakad yaitu dengan pengukuran layanan terkait penjadwalan mata kuliah pada siakad dapat dilakukan dalam bentuk serquel, survei (feedback dari pengguna) dan kuesioner.
