The development of halal tourism needs an advancement, considering its vast market potential in Indonesia in the midst of readiness issues. The purpose of this study was to analyze the psychological orientation: perceptions, motivations, and preferences of stakeholders in developing halal tourism destinations. In addition, to formulate a development model for halal tourism destinations in Indonesia. The population in this study comprised of tourists; tourism business owners; as well as the officials taking charge in halal tourist destinations, and halal tourism products and brands. Data collection of existing conditions was conducted in regard to halal tourism product offerings. Afterward, the assessment of various potential halal tourism resources in Indonesia was carried out through a scoring system. The results of this study showed that the gradual development of halal tourism destinations has main priority in the development of halal food & beverages at the level of 0.49; the availability of places of worship at the level of 0.34; the availability of recreational facilities for different gender at the level of 0.090; and the atmosphere of Islam at the level of 0.068. The right tourism development model begins with the classification of tourism with an Islamic approach, namely: Level 1 - Conventional Tourism, Level 2 - Muslim Friendly Tourism, Level 3 - Muslim Religious Tourism and Level 4 - Halal Tourism. The optimization model developed in this study is expected to be beneficial for governments, practitioners, and academicians in designing halal tourism development policies, as well as other institutions that have particular interest to halal tourism expansion in Indonesia.
Palang Pintu Festival is an annual program organized by Forkabi (Betawi Children's Communication Forum) DPRT Bangka Kemang and Betawi Cultural Center namely Padepokan Manggar Kelape featuring Betawi culture and performing arts and community participation. The purpose of the festival is to preserve and introduce Betawi culture in Kemang area. This study discusses the elements of cultural tourism and the form of community participation in the Palang Pintu Festival. Data collection methods used were observations, surveys using questionnaires, interviews, and documentation then analyzed and presented in quanititative manner and supported by qualitative data, where the results will be presented in the percentage number. Technique of data analysis used in this research is with validity test, reliability test and also use rank spearman analysis method. The result of this research shows that the characteristic of society is seen from the age type dominated by the age of 15-25 years as much as 39 % and the sexes, both men and women are the same size because this research uses roscoe theory in determining the number of respondents, if the sample is divided into 2 then Per sub sample to 30 respondents respectively. The level of community participation in the Palang Pintu Festival is at a moderate level, this is because the community participating in the Kemang area is more interested if the activities are rewarded. For a community characteristic relationship with participation does not have a strong relationship or it can be said has nothing to do in participation with the characteristics of society in any category. Because of all the people who participated in the Palang Pintu Festival plays an important role in preserving and introducing Betawi Culture to the wider community.
In pandemic conditions such as COVID-19, the measurement of vital signs such as body temperature and heart rate becomes the basis for conducting health screenings. To reduce physical contact and potential hazards, this measurement process can be carried out non-contact. The non-contact measurements carried out in this study used a thermal imaging approach. To reduce the potential danger of transmission, this non-contact measurement device is applied to a security robot. The non-contact measurement method using thermal imaging is done by processing a thermal image on the forehead area. Changes in temperature in the forehead area are then entered into a bandpass filter with a frequency of 0.75 Hz to 3 Hz, which is the frequency range of the human heartbeat under normal circumstances. Calculating heart rate is carried out with two approaches, namely peak to peak interval and fast Fourier transform. Based on the peak-to-peak interval approach, the accuracy is 89.24%, with a standard deviation of 5.6. Meanwhile, with the dominant frequency detection approach using the fast Fourier transform, the accuracy value is slightly better, at 91.84%, with a standard deviation of 4.81.
