This study aimed to analyze the influence organization comitment, Job Satisfaction and Employee Engagement. The research was conducted by taking samples of banking employees who had worked for more than 2 years. Then, the sample of this study was 125 respondents. The sampling technique was carried out based on a non-probability sampling method with a purposive sampling technique. It is a method that is based on certain criteria met by respondents with the data analysis technique used for hypotheses testing was multiple linear regression analysis through the program of SPSS ver. 24. The results showed that Job satisfaction does not significantly influence the organizational commitment of banking employees in Padang. The results of this study showed that sig. value of job satisfaction on organizational commitment was 0.592 > 0.05 but Employee engagement has a positive and significant effect on the organizational commitment of banking employees in Padang. The results of this study revealed that sig. The value of employee engagement on organizational commitment was 0.000 < 0.05.
This study aims to analyze: 1) how the effect of perceived organizational support on organizational citizenship behavior of BPAD employees in West Pasaman Regency; and 2) how the effect of job satisfaction on organizational citizenship behavior of BPAD employees in West Pasaman Regency. This study is causative research which aims to see to what extent the independent variables influence the dependent variable. The population in this study was the employees of the Regional Revenue and Asset Agency of West Pasaman Regency, with a total sample of 80 employees. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression with IBM SPSS version 24. The results showed that: 1) perceived organizational support had negative effect but not significant on organizational citizenship behavior of BPAD employees in West Pasaman Regency; and 2) job satisfaction had positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior of BPAD employees in West Pasaman Regency. R square value was 0.530 which means that both independent variables simultaneously influenced the dependent variable in this study as much as 21.2%, while the other 78.9% was influenced by other factors not examined in this study.
This study aims to analyze: 1) to what extent job satisfaction affects the organizational commitment of banks' employees in Padang; and 2) to what extent perceived organizational support has an effect on the organizational commitment of banks' employees in Padang. This research is a causative research, which is a research that aims to see how far the independent variables affect the dependent variable. The population of this research is 100 banks' employees in Padang. The data were analyzed by using multiple linear regression to answer the hypothesis through t-test, and coefficient of determination (R²) is utilized with the help of SPSS version 24 to determine the effect of the independent variables. The results of this research indicate that: 1) job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on the organizational commitment of banks' employees in Padang, and 2) perceived organizational support has a positive and significant effect on the organizational commitment of banks' employees in Padang. The R squared value is 0,530, which means that both independent variables affect the independent variable up to 53%, whereas the rest 47% is determined by other factors not examined in this research.
The pandemic of COVID 19 has a massive impact on all economic sectors. Tourism is one of the sectors that is experiencing a setback. The government policy of new normal implementation is meant to provide new hope to this industry. This study examined tourists' behavior and perception toward the implementation of health protocols in the new normal era in a tourism city. The study uses a quantitative approach with an associative clausal method. The population in the study is domestic tourists who visited a tourist city (Bukittinggi) with the total sample is 99 tourists. Data were analyzed by using SPSS 26. The result showed that there were behavioral influences on the implementation of the Covid-19 health protocols in the new normal era with the result of the regression coefficient 0,445 signed for positive, this figure is significant to the value of tcount> t table (4.549 > 1.985) with a sig value of 0.05. However, the perception did not have a significant effect on the application of health protocols with the results of tcount>t table (1.658 > 1.985) with a sig value 0.05. So, it can be concluded that there is an influence of tourist behavior on the implementation of the Covid-19 health protocol and there is no influence of tourist perception on the implementation of the Covid-19 health protocol.
The purposes of the study are to analyze; 1) the impact of job satisfaction on banking employee’s organizational commitment, 2) the impact of employee engagement on organizational commitment, 3) the impact of job satisfaction on employee engagement, and 4) the indirect effect of job satisfaction on organizational commitment of banking employees in Padang with employee engagement as a moderating variable. The type of research is causative research, which aims to see how far the independent variables affect the dependent variable. The research data was collected came from 180 employees who worked in banking, in which they had more than 2 years of experience. Then the data to analyze using the structural equation modeling (SEM) approach with Smart PLS 3.0 software. The results showed that: 1) Job satisfaction has not a direct effect on organizational commitment in banking employees in Padang; 2) Employee engagement has a direct and significant effect on organizational commitment of banking employees in Padang; 3) Job satisfaction has a direct and significant effect on employee engagement banking employees in Padang and 4) Job satisfaction has an indirect and significant influence on employee organizational commitment when mediated by employee engagement. The contribution of this study is expected to provide information for companies in developing and improving employee attitudes to have a high commitment to the company. This is intended so that employees can contribute to providing excellent service to increase organizational competitiveness.
