Hospital has implemented hospital information management system (HIMS) since 2016. one of the factors that currently plays an important role in the successful application and use of information technology is the user factor. The level of readiness of users to receive information technology has a major influence in determining the success and failure of the application of the technology. The purpose of this research is to evaluate user perception of SIMRS based on dimension Technology Acceptance Model (perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, attitude toward using, behavioral intention, actual usage). The method of this research is quantitative descriptive research. The object of this research is SIMRS user in all unit of hospital and research subjects are all SIMRS users. The results showed that the percentage of group calculation from PEOU 0.602 dimension (60.2%), PU 0.595 (59.5%) and ATU 0.594 (59.4%) were moderate category, dimensions of BI 0.777 (77.7%) and AU 0.694 (69.4%) are in good category. It states that the user perception of SIMRS has been running well and needs to be maintained, but there are still some shortcomings that need to socialize the officers who are less supportive of the SIMRS that is the need for motivation and assistance to users who have difficulty. Because remembering one of the benefits of SIMRS the SIM will accelerate and improve the accuracy of the transaction because everything is recorded and communicated between various units.
Human resources (HR) is the most decisive to the success of an organization. Organizations must have a higher value than other organizations. A successful organization attracts more attention with its strengths compared to other organizations. This study aims to determine the effect of self-efficacy on job stress and job satisfaction as a mediating variable in the members of the Indonesian National Police, mobile brigade corps in Palembang city, South Sumatra Province. A sample of 70 members was chosen based on accidental techniques. The measuring instrument used in this study is three scales. First is the self-efficacy scale adapted from the General Self-Efficacy Scale (GSES), which refers to three dimensions. The second scale is the job satisfaction scale adapted from The Minnesota Satisfaction Questionnaire (MSQ) compiled by Weiss, divided into three dimensions. And the third scale used is the work stress scale adapted from the Perceived Stress Questionnaire (PSQ), which divides work stress into 7 indicators. The analytical method used to test the research hypothesis is Mediated Multiple Regression, which aims to test how the mediating variable mediates the relationship between variable X and Y. The results of the research analysis show that β =-0.115 and p is 0.01 (p <0.05), which means that Ha is accepted, and Ho is rejected. From this result, it can be said that there is a negative and significant effect between self-efficacy on job stress and job satisfaction as a mediating variable.

Institution member who lacks ability, he cannot complete his responsibilities to the fullest. For this reason, it is necessary to pay attention to the factors that can affect the performance of members, the problem of decreased performance can be detrimental to members of the organization or employees and the company. The purpose of this study is to see whether there is a relationship between perceptions of transformational leadership and self-efficacy on performance among members of the Army. In this study using a quantitative approach to simple regression analysis with a total sample of 80 members. Obtained results that have a positive and non-significant effect between perceptions of transformational leadership and performance with self-efficacy as mediating variables β = 0.166; p = 0.189) which shows that self-efficacy is not a mediating variable between transformation leadership and performance.
Keberadaan terminal dalam jaringan transportasi sangat penting, sebab merupakan tempat perpindahan moda. Terminal bus Kampung Rambutan merupakan terminal Tipe-A yang melayani hilir mudik penumpang dari dan ke berbagai kota di provinsi lain maupun berbagai tempat di dalam DKI Jakarta. Sehingga kinerja terminal adalah hal yang sangat penting agar dapat menunjang kelancaran, keamanan dan kenyamanan penumpang dalam berpindah moda. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kualitas pelayanan terminal Kampung Rambutan terhadap kepuasan pengguna, mengetahui kinerja eksisting terminal berdasarkan Standar Pelayanan Minimal (SPM), dan memberi rekomendasi perbaikan pelayanan fasilitas Terminal Kampung Rambutan. Survey dilakukan dengan penyebaran kuisioner kepada pengguna terminal (penumpang) dan inventarisasi kondisi eksisting terminal. Analisis dilakukan dengan menggunakan Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA) dan statistik deskriptif. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa terdapat beberapa indikator menjadi prioritas utama yang harus diperbaiki menurut pengguna terminal yaitu fasilitas bagi pengguna berkebutuhan khusus (difabel), penyampaian informasi keberangkatan dan kedatangan bus, keamanan dan kenyamanan.
Introduction : Family is an important aspect in nursing. Family members need care, supervision, and attention if they suffer from health problems such as Diabetes Mellitus. Families must have effective and competent coping to overcome health problems of family members. Global DM prevalence in 2019 an estimated 9,3% (463 million people). DM patients in Lamongan regency are 1,4% with a total of 4,138 cases per year and are ranked 4th in Java Province. According to an integrated disease surveillance report based on Puskesmas in Lamongan. The percentade of DM in the last 2 years was 12 cases, based on data from Banjarejo village, Sukodadi. District, Lamongan Regency in 2020 as many as 6 patients from 450 patients. Method : Method this research uses a descriptive method in the form of a case study to axplore the problem of family nursing care in the case of Diabetes Mellitus with nursing problems of increasing family coping readiness in Banjarejo village, Sukodadi district, Lamongan regency. The approach used is a nursing care approach that includes assessment, nursing diagnosis, planning,implementation, and evaluation. Result : Patients usually then do things that are not allowed in the treatment process, such as not maintaining a pattern of nutrition, activity, and wound care. Discussion: The role of the family is needed because it has a duty in health so that they understand the health problems of family members with each other so that they can have a positive impact.
