The growth of the Internet in Indonesia is changing so quickly as it progresses, the existence of Internet is attracting interest to facilitate people who have interest in computers. Lately, Internet service users are increasing rapidly, and start to expand widely with changes in the digital transformation era. Advanced information technology has digitized all fields including business (digital revolution era), because it provides practical ease in the dynamic of communication and information. However, in its development has resulted in a negative impact in the realm of information technology relating to the escalation of crime in cyberspace. This research uses qualitative research methods, a normative juridical approach with descriptive of analysis through data collection techniques in the form of online literature studies that produce secondary data sources with three legal materials. The results of the research present a legal protection effort for consumers conducted in a preventative, repressive, solutive and alternative through dispute resolution both litigation and non-litigation. So that the protection of laws against consumers who utilize e-commerce Platform as an alternative means of online shopping can be assured by the legal efforts of the use of regulations governing the electronic trading, especially on e-commerce Platform social media.

Artificial intelligence (AI) has an important role in digital transformation worldwide, including in Indonesia. AI itself is a simulation of human intelligence that is modeled in machines and programmed to think like humans. At the time AI and the Internet of Things are connected, it can, in principle, act on data without the need for human intervention. AI was originally created by humans as a consequence of the massive digital revolution. Recently, AI has also developed rapidly to perform functions like humans and even produce works of intellectual property like humans, such as creating songs, making new inventions, making industrial designs, and so on. Thus, it is a question whether AI can be qualified as a legal subject of creator, inventor or designer and then register as intellectual property. This research answers this question from the perspective of Indonesian law based on Copyright Law, Patent Law, Industrial Design Law, as well as Trademark Law, and Geographical Indications as the existing Indonesian laws.

Mengendalikan persediaan dengan tepat bukanlah hal yang mudah. Jumlah persediaan yang terlalu besar akan mengakibatkan timbulnya dana yang dikeluarkan menjadi terlalu besar, selain itu resiko kerusakan bahan baku juga menjadi lebih besar. Namun bila persediaan terlalu sedikit akan mengakibatkan terjadinya kekurangan persediaan yang menghambat proses produksi. Metode pengendalian persediaan yang dibandingkan dalam penelitian ini yakni metode Economic Order Quantity (EOQ). Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengendalian persediaan bahan baku benang ada PT. Indonesia Wacoal yang efektif dan efisien agar tercapai hasil produksi yang optimal menggunakan metode Economic Order Quantity (EOQ). Metode EOQ adalah metode perhitungan yang mengidentifikasi kuantitas pemesanan atau pembelian optimal dengan tujuan meminimalkan biaya persediaan yang terdiri dari biaya pemesanan dan biaya penyimpanan. Perhitungan data yang digunakan adalah data mulai tahun 2014 hingga Agustus 2016. Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan menunjukan bahwa total biaya persediaan bahan baku benang polina polina yang harus dikeluarkan perusahaan lebih besar bila dibandingkan dengan total biaya persediaan yang dihitung menurut metode EOQ. Terjadi penghematan pada tahun 2014 pada benang polina 110 (998) sebesar Rp 3.760.889 tahun 2015 sebesar Rp 2.565.837 dan tahun 2016 sebesar Rp 10.993.200. Pada tahun 2014 pada benang polina 110 (999) sebesar Rp 2.225.378 tahun 2015 sebesar Rp 1.857.287 dan tahun 2016 sebesar Rp 3.928.178. pada tahun 2014 pada benang polina 110 (997) sebesar Rp 3.959.323 tahun 2015 sebesar Rp 4.874.495 dan tahun 2016 sebesar Rp 6.117.023. This article describes the moderate behavior of students in religion in the context of independent learning by taking a case study of IAIN Pekalongan students.Moderate religious behavior is very important for students.Students are expected to be uswatun khasanah(good role models) in building religious character for this nation's generation.The religious character of students will make this nation have a strong power in upholding Islamic teachings properly and correctly.Articles use descriptive method, namely describing various forms of moderate religious behavior carried out by IAIN Pekalongan students.Various student religious behaviors were observed, recorded, collected and described as an effort to find the data being studied.The results of this study indicate that students who practice religion moderately have:1) good and right spirituality,2) more tawasuth, tawazun, ta'adul, and tasamuh,3) feel the comfort of learning (Freedom of Learning).

Choice in career is a process in choosing a job for his life. One career field that has a high chance is to be an accountant in a company. There are several things that can influence a person's decision in choosing a career. This study aims to determine the effect of knowledge of accounting department students on work interest in becoming an accountant in a company. This type of research is quantitative research with the expost facto method. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires to respondents. The population of this study was accounting students at the Diploma program at STIE Binaniaga. The method used to determine the sample is the purposive sampling method. Data analysis was carried out using a simple linear regression method. The results of this study indicate that there is an influence of knowledge on the interest in becoming an accountant in the company. Keywords: Accountant, Interest, Knowledge
