The problem in this study is the increase in unemployment in vocational high schools (SMK) caused by differences between student expertise and corporate culture. This study discusses the family background of influencing entrepreneurial intentions. The research method used was an explanatory survey using a questionnaire as an instrument using a Likert scale of 1-5. The population in this study were all students of class XII SMK in Bangka Regency. The sample in this study consisted of 320 students. Based on the results of the study showed that family background influences the intention of entrepreneurship significantly, both partially and simultaneously. Students who have an entrepreneurial family background have an average score higher than students who have a family background rather than an entrepreneur. The findings on the measurement of the intention of entrepreneurship plan indicators totaled to 4,51, meaning students have a high seriousness of thinking and planning regarding opening a new business. The second highest indicator is the desire of 4.12, meaning students have the desire to be independent and will be in the future. The highest indicator is a preference of 4,00, meaning that students prefer entrepreneurship as a career choice in the future when choosing a career again as a worker. It can be concluded that the intention of entrepreneurship students in vocational schools in Bangka Regency is high in category.
Penelitian ini diadakan untuk menentukan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi permintaan tiket pesawat secara online yang memakai Aplikasi Traveloka dan tiket.com, serta jumlah elastisitas permintaan untuk faktor-faktor tersebut. Dengan menggunakan responden sebanyak 34 orang yang menggunakan kedua aplikasi tersebut, kemudian penelitian dianalisis menggunakan regresi linear berganda. Hasil menetapkan bahwa variabel harga pada kedua aplikasi, pendapatan konsumen, dan rekomendasi berpengaruh terhadap permintaan tiket pesawat secara online. Hasil elastisitas harga tiket pesawat online bersifat elastis untuk Aplikasi Traveloka, sedangkan harga tiket pada aplikasi tiket.com bersifat inelastis.
Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ingin mengetahui pengaruh pendidikan kewirausahaan terhadap minat berwirausaha mahasiswa Universitas Bangka Belitung. Sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 321 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan proportional random sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Analisis data menggunakan analisis statistik deskriptif dan analisis regresi berganda. Hasil analisis deskriptif diperoleh pada indikator plan sebesar 4,11, Indikator preference sebesar 4,00, Sedangkan indikator desire yaitu sebesar 3,39 bahwa minat berwirausaha mahasiswa dalam kategori tinggi,. Pengaruh pendidikan kewirausahaan dalam kategori efektif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pendidikan kewirausahaan berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap minat berwirausaha. Simpulan penelitian menyatakan bahwa semakin efektif pendidikan kewirausahaan yang diberikan, maka semakin tinggi juga minat berwirausaha mahasiswa Universitas Bangka Belitung. The purpose of this research is to find out the effect of Entrepreneurship Strategy on Business Performance mediated by the ability of Creativity and Innovation in Garment Business in Bandung Traditional Market. Study population, 280 Bandung garment businesses. Determination of sample size uses the Slovin formula with a sample size of 165 Bandung garment businesses.. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. Data analysis uses descriptive statistical analysis and Multiple Mediation Regression analysis. Descriptive analysis of results obtained that the Business Performance in the good category, Entrepreneurship Strategy in the good enough category, Creativity in the good enough category, and Innovation in the good enough category. The results showed that the Entrepreneurship Strategy directly involved Business Performance with a coefficient of determination of (57.7%). Mediation effect through creativity with a coefficient of determination of (19.1%), mediation effect through innovation with a coefficient of determination of (16.7%), total mediation effect of Creativity and innovation with a coefficient of determination of (81.5%). The conclusions of the research related to the Entrepreneurship Strategy simultaneously on Business Performance are mediated by Creativity and Innovation in the Garment Business in Bandung Traditional Market.
