Over time, human beings are attacked by different venereal diseases, which cause serious consequences. Not all people know exactly if they suffer from a venereal disease, so they look for possible treatments based on their symptoms in different media, not all of them are reliable. The objective of the research is to implement an expert system, which through a web page, provides a correct diagnosis based on the symptoms registered by the user, as well as a possible treatment for the identified disease. This was achieved based on the knowledge tree that was developed in Python so that when a user completes the symptom record, the expert system continues with the process. All this procedure was carried out using the Common kads methodology. which is related based on knowledge topics. The result was the development of the application, which was validated by different specialists in expert systems, giving a total average of 4 as a response, which was qualified as a high-quality level, on the other hand, the system brings an improvement in the acquisition of information through the web, providing diagnoses and possible treatments, in addition, it provides a facility to people who do not wish to attend a health establishment, as well as to specialists in the health sector, which allows them to provide diagnoses and treatments.
<span lang="EN-US">Due to the events caused by COVID-19, several activities were paralyzed, such as the export of camelids. In the present study, it was observed that many of the camelids that are located in the highest of the Andes, are exposed to diseases that originate from climatic changes or from the infrastructure in which they are inhabiting. For this reason, the veterinary mobile application for camelids was implemented, which will help care as well as sanitary control, this application was developed through the agile scrum methodology, since it adapts to the various modules used, which would be consulta of diseases, recommendations for breeding and contacts with veterinary experts. As a result, the optimal mobile application was obtained for the needs of the people who live in that sector. In addition, it made it easier for the farms, as well as for the people who are in the frozen areas, so that they have better care and control of this species of animals, since the camelids are part of the fauna of the Andes and above all all its fiber and its derivatives are exported, which generates great economic sustenance for that sector.</span>
Currently, countries around the world are experiencing a health crisis due to the rapid spread of COVID-19. As a result, different sectors of the state and the citizens' economy have been affected. However, in Peru, the most affected sector has been tourism, since it contributes 4% of the gross domestic product and generates most of the jobs. The objective of the research is to develop a mobile application that allows the user to be guided on their trip, and that promotes national tourism, both from foreign and national visitors, carrying out the implementation in six phases under the scrum methodology; which consists of 3 sprints (deliverables) at the level of the entire project, which had a total duration of 6 weeks in which 35 story points were developed. In the same way, the prototypes corresponding to the functionality that the application will fulfill were added, allowing a better understanding for the reader. Finally, the difficulty in the use of the application and the fulfillment of its functionality was obtained as a result, this was carried out with the intervention of 20 users external to the project, in order to achieve its effectiveness.
Abstract— In the present study, it was observed that a certain percentage of people with hearing and sound disabilities are not understood, as some non-disabled people do not know or master sign language, resulting in a lack of communication with deaf-mute people. Although it is true that nowadays communication and social inclusion is essential, it is for this reason that the mobile application for the recognition and interpretation of non-verbal language was implemented through the agile SCRUM methodology, it allows a better flexibility in developing the requirements established by the users, in addition, it adapts to the different changes in the development process of the mobile application based on the needs of the users. For the development of the application, a survey was made to citizens of a community, which helped to determine the contents of the mobile application, in which the information module is responsible for detailing information related to hand language and its application, on the other hand, there are the manual translation and consultation modules, which have the functions of translating hand movements, either by means of a camera or a keyboard, among others. As a result, several modules of the mobile application were developed and optimized to meet the needs of the surveyed users. The implementation of the mobile application provided communication and social inclusion facilities, since it allowed a better interaction between people without disabilities and deaf-mute people, generating knowledge about the meaning and execution of hand language.
