In digital era, Education has become new challenge for Teachers that need to pay attention for. If the learning system still applies a conventional system, it may be behind the modern education system. In digital era, the process of learning and teaching is not only focused in the classroom, but also by using digital media, online and teleconference. However, the students must be controlled by the teachers, so they can choose positive aspects of technological advance. And the teachers as the main role should keep on watch and have to smarter than the students in technological issues.

Recently, Madrasa education development, especially in Islamic countries like Indonesia, has become a significant issue that needs the attention of academic and regulators alike. Therefore, the present research examines the impact of government support and human resource (HR) improvement on Madrasa education development in Indonesia. The researchers also investigate the moderating role of institutional policies among the nexus of government support, HR improvement and Madrasa education development in Indonesia. The researchers have followed the primary data collection approach using questionnaires for data collection from the selected respondents. The present article also uses the smart-PLS to evaluate the relations among variables and the validity of the constructs. The results indicate that government support and HR improvement have a positive association with Madrasa education development in Indonesia. The results also revealed that institutional policies significantly moderate among the nexus of government support, HR improvement and Madrasa education development in Indonesia. These outcomes are meaningful for the Madrasa developing and regulating authorities while formulating rules and regulations regarding Madrasa education development in the country. AbstrakBetapa pentingnya menanamkan nilai-nilai pendidikan Islam didalam keluarga. Setiap orang tua tentu mendambakan anaknya menjadi anak yang saleh, yang memberi kesenangan dan kebanggaan kepada mereka. Kehidupan seorang anak tidak lepas dari keluarga (orang tua), karena sebagian besar waktu anak terletak dalam keluarga. Peran orang tua yang paling mendasar didalam mendidik agama kepada anak-anak mereka adalah sebagai pendidik yang pertama dan utama, karena dari orang tualah anak pertama kali menerima pendidikan, baik itu pendidikan umum maupun agama. Adapun peranan orang tua dapat dibedakan menjadi dua macam, yaitu : 1) Orang tua berfungsi sebagai pendidik keluarga, 2) orang tua berfungsi sebagai pemelihara serta pelindung keluarga.

The purpose of this study was to study the level of understanding of the concept and creative learning of the Practicum Tourism Learning Learning model in the Media and Learning Resources courses at the PIAUD FAI UMSU Study Program. This research uses descriptive method, with research subjects 20 students from PIAUD FAI UMSU Study Program in Media and Learning Resources courses. This research was conducted in February 2018 until the end of June 2018. The form of this research is Classroom Action Research (CAR). The technique of collecting data using tests, observation, documentation and questionnaires. To answer the data validity, a triangulation technique was used, and to find out the results of this study descriptive analysis was used. From the results of the research obtained from the results of understanding and creative thinking PIAUD FAI UMSU, namely in the pre-action still 30% classical completeness, then increased in the first cycle reached 65% classical completeness, and increased again in the second cycle reached 92.5% classical completeness at a minimum score of 75, this result has exceeded the minimum classical completeness criteria of 85%.
