Tourism is an essential sector in Indonesia development which increase significantly in last years. It creates many opportunities for other fields to grow. Tourism can be one of the factors contribute for Indonesia wellfare. The advent of digital nomad which came from foreign countries can enforce the tourism sector in Indonesia especially Bali. The pattern in which tourist came and work virtually from the place they visited can be replicated in another province than Bali. So they travel along with the digitalization of their work to contribute in Indonesia economy indirectly.

Di era big data saat ini, peran teknik data mining sangatlah dibutuhkan terkait kebutuhan pengambilan keputusan yang akurat. Algoritma decision tree telah lazim diterapkan untuk menemukan pola klasifikasi karena mudah diinterpretasikan namun harus senantiasa dievaluasi tingkat performanya. Adaboost merupakan salah satu metode untuk meningkatkan performa algoritma decision tree. Eksperimen dilakukan pada 141 sampel perusahaan yang melantai di Bursa Efek Indonesia sektor konstruksi-infrastruktur, pertambangan-perminyakan, dan sektor perbankan pada periode 2019, dengan menerapkan teknik adaboost pada decision tree dengan parameter maximum depth dan confidence yang diuji dalam enam skenario berbeda berdasarkan informasi anti-korupsi pada pengungkapan laporan tahunan perusahaan. Hasil ekperimen decision tree untuk akurasi sebesar 69,5%, AUC-optimistis 0,826, dan AUC 0,756, sedangkan rerata hasil dari enam skenario decision tree versi  adaBoost untuk akurasi sebesar 71,16%, AUC-optimistis 0,8905, dan AUC 0,744, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa pengklasifikasian atas prediksi klasifikasi dengan metode adaBoost layak diterapkan sebagai upaya alternatif untuk meningkatkan tingkat performa yang lebih baik.

The issue of the record center has become a national public discussion. The debate about the urgency of the physical construction of the archive building is considered ineffective because it will waste the budget as opposed to the electronic or digital storage model in i-cloud storage media (cloud storage). Universities are institutions that should carry out the Tridharma of Higher Education, namely education, research, and community service (Indonesia. Ministry of Education and Culture, 2012). The three business activities will be closely related to the archive. Information management in higher education will be largely determined by the management of its archives, both dynamic, in-active, and static archives. This is important when looking at what is the scope and function of archives in higher education institutions. Archives are collective memory, both individuals and institutions (Grau, 2017). Archives can serve as evidence and accountability for various activities (Randall C. Jimerson, 2007). In addition, the archive is also a source of information that is needed in personal or institutional life (Paul H. Mc Carthy, 1988). This research, which was held at FISIP Unila, aims to find out which archive center is the most appropriate choice for FISIP UNILA, which is currently in the process of setting up an archive center. This study uses a descriptive approach with qualitative methods. The method of collecting data is through observation, interviews at FISIP UNILA, as well as various literature studies. The main problem that is currently being faced because it does not have a record center (archive center) is the occurrence of archive life cycle gaps and also hinders various archiving work activities at the University of Lampung. Through this research, it is hoped that the following specific objectives will be achieved, namely: (1) Accelerating the process of developing a record center at FISIP UNILA. (2) Help run the archive cycle in a structured and integrated manner, through the management of dynamic archives, in-active archives, and static archives in a structured manner in terms of their storage to conform to archival standards.

Small, Micro and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) must be able to become useful institutions for creating the welfare of rural communities. MSMEs must be a space that can create independent communities that gain prosperity and become institutions that can create a higher quality source of livelihood for rural communities. The growth of MSMEs in Tanggamus Regency is not much different from that of the Lampung province But it decreased from 0.959 in 2017 to 0.842 in 2018. In 2019 the growth of MSMEs in Tanggamus Regency increased significantly above the growth of other provinces. Villages have different and diverse characteristics that will have an impact on the working model of MSMEs. Therefore, it is necessary to have a business model that is able to be implementable in a specific context in accordance with the criteria for the MSME model in a village. Therefore, a study of the business model needs to be carried out using quantitative methods. Based on this, this research was carried out in an explanatory manner to find a MSME business model that is adapted to global market segmentation.

Tujuan dari rencana pengabdian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan kesadaran dari para generasi muda terhadap persoalan-persoalan kebangsaan di negeri ini, khususnya di Desa Agom Kecamatan Kalianda Kabupaten Lampung Selatan dalam kehidupan bermasyarakat, berbangsa dan bernegara.Metode yang direncanakan adalah ceramah, tanya jawab dan diskusi kasus. Adapun hasil dari kegiatan penyuluhan ini diharapkan para pemuda di Desa Agom akan memiliki wawasan kebangsaan yang meningkat dan peka terhapap berbagai ancaman, tantangan, hambatan dan gangguan serta mampu mencari solusi terbaik dalam pemecahanya, dengan demikian akan mampu menciptakan kehidupan yang kondusif sehingga akhirnya akan meningkatkan kondisi Ketahanan Nasional. Selain itu, kedudukan strategis mereka sebagai generasi muda dan penerus kepemimpinan di masa hadapan peran mereka akan banyak menentukan bagi kelangsungan dan keberlangsungan keutuhan Negara Kesatuan Republik Indonesia selanjutnya
