In the 21st century, the digital world has taken over law and politics. Political war is on online platforms, and various decisions are made based on the digital data. Another problem is to provide security of online data. Most of the world is unsatisfied with the government and policymakers. A lack of satisfaction among the people leads towards civil war or it can cause the fall of an entire selected government, or it can collapse the law systems of the world. To cope with this problem, the authors propose the judge-based political system (JBPS). The new political system can deal with the advancement of technology and cybersecurity. Judge-based politics will help to control this type of threat and provide satisfaction in the upcoming era of democracy.

Women violence is a widespread problem that affects millions of women and girls across the world. The gender-based violence that threatens the well-being, dignity, and rights of women extends across social, cultural, economic, and regional boundaries. Women in all countries, irrespective of status, class, age, caste, or religion, experience violence once in a lifetime. However, specific groups of women suffering from various forms of discrimination, such as women with disabilities, migrant women, and lesbian, bisexual, and transgender women, are particularly vulnerable to violence. In this chapter, the author presents brief knowledge about the different type of violence against the women and also describe laws, policies, and social work which is used for the safety of the women. The theoretical framework is used to describe the remedies against violence and also help to provide love, safety, security, and shelter for every individual woman.

Every human life has interacted with technology and data in the information age. The big tech companies and institutions spend millions of dollars to extract information about human behavior and their requirement. Nowadays, every individual chooses the internet platform to gain knowledge. However, the problem with the internet is that fake data are present related to any topic, which creates chaotic manipulation in the human perspective. In this chapter, the authors focus on two relatively immediate problems: (1) how we get the correct information related to any topic and (2) how to track and distinguish the information based on the facts. A new framework has been proposed using the digital right management (DRM) to track and control the movement of internet data. The study has been conducted based on the society-centric viewpoint, the community perspective, and the technology outlook.
