Berdasarkan hasil wawancara UPT Perpustakaan kekurangan perangkat komputer dan masih menggunakan server milik UPT Telematika serta kecepatan akses wifi akan lambat jika banyak yang menggunakan sehingga perlu dilakukan penelitian ini yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kematangan dan menghasilkan rekomendasi guna meningkatkan pengelolaan infrastruktur teknologi informasi. Penelitian dilakukan menggunakan COBIT Framework 4.1 tahap penelitian diawali dengan analisa data wawancara kemudian diidentifikasi IT goals, IT process, serta Control Objectives. Perhitungan maturity level untuk mengetahui gap antara kondisi sekarang dengan kondisi yang diharapkan dan rekomendasi digunakan untuk mengatasi gap tersebut. Dari hasil penelitian yang dilakukan diperoleh 4 IT Goals, 10 IT Processes dan 17 detailed control objectives. Karena pemilihan subdomain disesuaikan dengan masalah dan kebutuhan maka subdomain yang digunakan adalah PO3, PO7, AI3 dan AI5. Ditemukan gap sebesar 1.5 dan maturity level sebesar 2.5 sehingga berada pada level 3 artinya perpustakaan telah memiliki mekanisme dan prosedur yang jelas mengenai tata cara dan manajemen teknologi informasi.

The problem that often occurs in a company or institution that has a server is the lack of flexibility in the supervision process due to issues with human error, especially the admin server that is in charge of supervising server performance so that it is less able to observe the server for 24 hours. Looking at these problems, it is necessary to have a system that can perform remote monitoring processes to increase admin server flexibility. The system can monitor the server and send notifications. Notifications sent as information contained on the server and integrated in the telegram application. The information provided comprises uptime, Central Processing Unit (CPU) usage, ram usage, swap usage, active users, disk usage, user's login and logout. The use of Monitoring integrates the Telegram Application Programming Interface (API) function into it to be able to send messages and check in realtime. With the establishment of a Monitoring System that is equipped with checking and monitoring to the network more optimally, because of the integration between systems that are directly connected to the System Administrator.
AbstrakPengelolaan sumber daya manusia merupakan proses dan struktur hubungan yang mengendalikan dan mengarahkan suatu organisasi perusahaan dalam mencapai tujuan organisasi dengan menambahkan nilai agar teknologi informasi dan prosesnya dapat diseimbangkan dengan risikonya. Diperlukan sebuah evaluasi sumber daya manusia dibidang teknologi informasi untuk mengetahui sejauh mana tingkatan pengelolaan terhadap sumber daya manusia di Unit Pelaksana Teknis Telematika saat ini. Sumber daya manusia dibidang teknologi informasi pada Unit Pelaksana Teknis Telematika membutuhkan pengembangan dan pengelolaan sesuai dengan harapan organisasi. Melihat terbatasnya sumber daya manusia di bidang teknologi informasi pada Unit Pelaksana Teknis Telematika sangat terbatas sehingga kegiatan operasional masih belum efektif dan memenuhi sasaran yang diharapkan. Melihat kondisi organisasi yang mengalami terbatas pada sumber daya manusia di bidang teknologi informasi dilakukan evaluasi secara detail dengan menggunakan COBIT 4.1. Dalam melakukan evaluasi sumber daya manusia dengan menggunakan kerangka kerja COBIT yang berfokus pada Domain PO7 diharapkan dapat memberikan acuan dan perbaikan yang lebih efektif terhadap organisasi ke depannya. AbstractHuman resources management is the proses and structure that control and direct a company's organization in achieving its objectives and goals and maintaining the information technology utilization during its processes and balancing them with the possible risks. At the moment, an evaluation is required to measure the quality of human resources management in Technical Telematics Unit. They need this evaluation to develop and manage the human resources in order to meet the company's expectation. Recently, the quality of human resources in this unit is not adequate to make the operational activity effective and reach the ideal situation. Therefore, we propose to conduct an evaluation in detail by using COBIT 4.1. Evaluation human resources by using COBIT that focused on PO7 domain is expected to provide effective improvement for this organization in the future.
Pattern classification is one of the relevant problems in Artificial Intelligence. Neural networks have been studied as one of the most successful methods for pattern classification. Classical perceptron can only solve linear classification problems. Morphological Neural Networks (MNN) is an alternative way to solve classification problems in the form of linear and nonlinear. Dendrite Morphological Neural Networks (DMNN) is introduced as an improved method of classical MNN. The important problem that occurs in the DMNN training algorithm is to cluster objects with hyper boxes and classify each in the corresponding class. This paper presents the proposed training algorithm using K-medoids clustering algorithm to create the hyper boxes in the dimensional space. Kmedoids is better than other clustering methods in execution time and not sensitive to outliers. The implementation of the proposed algorithm will be involved in various simulations using artificial data sets and compared with other methods to evaluate the performance of this method in future work.
