This research focuses on the use of celebrity endorser to increase the interest of buying a product with title "The Impact of Celebrity Endorser towards Interest of Purchasing Aidi.id Products (study on Aidi.id Instagram Followers)”. The data analysis technique in this research is descriptive analysis, and using transformation of ordinal data into interval with MSI (Method of Successive Interval), equal score, and classic assumption as well as double regretion.The result of this research shows that the customer interest of purchasing Aidi.id product is categorized as high, this is based on the value of transactional purchase interest, referential purchase interest, preferential purchase interest, and explorative purchase interest which are respectively on very high category. There is a significant factor of the celebrity endorser that increases the customer interest in purchasing Aidi.id products. Attractiveness factor, trustworthiness factor, and expertise factor simultaneously bring impact to the buying interest that can be seen from F Test result with the amount of .000 with the percentage of 51.3% that explains the interest variation, and the other 48.7% influenced by other variables. The term Work from home (WFH) has become increasingly popular after the Covid-19 spread occurred in various parts of the world, including in Indonesia. The implementation of work from home simultaneously in various companies is something new in Indonesia. Therefore it is necessary to investigate the factors of work from home implementation to determine the effectiveness of outcome-based telework. This research uses the descriptive analysis method and Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). The type of data used in this research is quantitative by using primary data in the form of direct interviews and filling out questionnaires to the employees or professional workers in Indonesia who work by telework/ work from the home program during the pandemic of Covid 19 situations. Secondary data gathered from literature studies and previous research. The results of this study indicate that five variables have a significant influence, namely the possibility to work from home because of the type of work, possession to work during the most productive time, suitability of a working place at home, time efficiency, and team member support. The suitability variable of a working place at home has the most significant influence compared to other variables.
Poultry industry is faced with a relatively high risk especially for small scale poultry farmers. Therefore, preparedness is needed to deal with risks. Communication in poultry is s essential. Its shown by one of the strategies of national preparedness for facing influenza pandemic, namely communication, information, and education (risk communication). Communication can improve the level of knowledge of farmers. The perceived needs of farmers that emerged include knowledge for a broader implementation of essential biosecurity. This paper aims to find out the standard form of small scale farmers communication with stakeholder and the impact of communication to improve farmers' risk preparedness. The selection of respondents used convineince sampling techniques to 33 farmers. Data analysis used descriptive analysis to found preparedness and communication that is done to reduce hazards. This study found that access communication farmers are Technical Support and Nucleus with two communication approaches, such as technical guidance and personal explanation. The contents of the communication consist of poultry health management, productivity, medicine, biosecurity, cleanliness the cage, and good farming practice. In general, small-scale farmers' preparedness activities in the Bogor district are limited to cleaning the cage regularly and cleaning cage after harvesting. Farmer with more communication activities has a positive impact on preparedness to face risks, especially related to restricting cage access, awareness of cage hygiene, and vaccination.
This study aims to determine research trends related to online learning and the effectiveness of online learning. The study used a qualitative approach with the online literature review method where in collecting data information with documentation techniques, namely looking for data on relevant matters from various online sources such as journals, research results, documents, books, magazines, news. The criteria for the articles and news chosen were a discussion of the online learning process. The results of this study from 40 articles collected showed that the trend of online learning research was dominated by a qualitative approach, followed by quantitative and combined methods using primary and secondary data. As for data collection using interviews, observation, participatory. The data analysis used was descriptive analysis, literature review and experimental. Learning is considered effective before the pandemic by 58.8%, decreasing at the time of the pandemic by 41.2%. Based on the level of early childhood education, primary schools, secondary schools and tertiary institutions are considered effective, but in practice there is still a need for improvement to be better. In nowdays context, the community political participation has slightly changed as a result of technological development. In 2018, our regional election had failed to achieve minum target of political participation level that had been given by the Indonesian government. The government was targeting 77.5 percent but in the reality the society participation level only reached 73.24 percent due to the low level of participation from male voters. This research is conducted in order to identify male voters typology in Bogor Regency based on their utilization of political information sources or media. Quantitative method was used as metodological approach, 200 male voters were taken as research sampel by using quota samping based on their electoral district, and Chi-Square Automatic Interaction Detector (CHAID) was used as data analysis. This research finds that television and internet are the most frequently used media meanwhile, campaign props and television are the most trusted source of political information. The typology of male voters with the highest percentage in Bogor Regency is apathetic voters (34%) followed by naive (29.5%), alienated (19%) and loyal voters (17.5%).
