This study analyzes the sustainability of the Islamic people's financing bank (BPRS) in Central Java in the period 2013 to 2017. The variables used in this study are financial sustainability ratio (FSR), non-performing financing, return on assets, financing debt ratio, operating expenses and capaital adequacy ratio. The sample selected in this study is 10 BPRS where the sample has published financial reports in Indonesian banks in 2013 to 2017. The analysis method used is panel data regression with the fixed effect method. In the test results that CAR partially has a positive effect on the financial sustainability ratio, while OER partially negatively affects the financial sustainability ratio. Based on the test results, BRPS Mount Slamet has the highest FSR value of 3.32%, while the lowest FSR is BPRS Saka Dana Mulia of 2.36%. AbtrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengatahui sustanabilitas bank pembiayaan rakyat syariah di jawa tengah pada periode 2013 sampai 2017. Variabel-variabel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah financial sustainability ratio (FSR), non performing financing, return on asset, financing debt ratio, beban operasional dan capaital adequacy ratio. Sampel yang terpilih dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 10 BPRS dimana sampel telah mempublish laoran keuangan di bank Indonesia tahun 2013 sampai 2017. Analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi data panel dengan metode fixed effect. Pada hasil pengujian bahwa CAR secara parsial berpengaruh positif terhadap financial sustainability ratio, sedangkan OER secara parsial berpengaruh negatif terhadap financial sustainability ratio. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian BRPS Gunung Slamet memiliki nilai FSR paling tinggi sebesar 3.32%, sedangkan FSR paling rendah adalah BPRS BPRS Saka Dana Mulia sebesar 2.36%.
This study aims to analyze the efficiency level of BPRS in the Central Java and DIY regions during the 2016-2018 period using the Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) method. This study uses input variables consisting of third party funds, operating expenses and fixed assets, and uses output variables consisting of financing and operating income. This research uses quantitative methods and the data used is secondary data obtained from the financial reports of BPRS for the Central Java and DIY regions.. Based on calculations using the Banxia Frontier Analysis software, of the 33 BPRS that were sampled there were only 6 BPRS which always achieved 100% efficiency levels during 2016-2018, consisting of 2 BPRS in the Central Java region and 4 BPRS in the DIY area, namely PT. BPRS Sukowati Sragen and PT. BPRS Harta Insan Karimah Bahari for the Central Java region, PT. BPRS Madina Mandiri Sejahtera, PT. BPRS Mitra Amal Mulia, PT. BPRS Danagung Syariah and PT. BPRS Mitra Harmoni Yogyakarta for the DIY area. The rest has not yet reached efficiency. This inefficient is caused by a lack of productive financing distribution.
The purpose of this study was to analyze the interest of muzakki paying zakat in the Semarang baznas. The research method used is qualitative quantitative by means of distributing questionnaires. The sample used was 50 respondents. The results of this study resulted that from the independent variables (service quality, religiosity and accountability) affecting the interest of muzakki to pay zakat in Baznas Semarang only 69% of service quality, while for religiosity and accountability there was no partial effect on the interest of muzakki paying zakat in the baznas Semarang city. For the determination value of 41% which means that the independent variable variation model is only able to provide the information needed to predict the interest in paying zakat in the city of Semarang baznas by 41%. Halal tourism is a sector that has an important role in the economic development. For that, the main purpose of this study is to explore the perceptions and preferences of public towards halal tourism. It also aims to describe the level of importance performance of the halal tourism indicators in Semarang City and Kendal Regency. The design of this study was descriptive with quantitative approach. Data collection technique in this paper are randomly distributing questionnaires to 400 respondents. The halal tourism dimension is adapted from indicators applied by the Indonesian Muslim Travel Index. Then, the data analyzed by Gap Analysis and Importance Performance Analysis. The Result obtained that there are some indicators have low performance where as the level of influence is high, some indicators with level of influence followed by good performance, some indicators that have low level of influence and the performance is not good, and the indicators that the influence level is low but its performance is good
Yoghurt merupakan produk hasil olahan susu yang mengalami fermentasi dengan menggunakan bakteri Lactobacillus bulgaricus dan Streptococcus thermophilus yang baik untuk pencernaan dimana dapat mengurangi zat – zat beracun dalam tubuh. Proses Pembuatan Yoghurt dengan cara memanaskan susu yang akan difermentasi pada suhu 90C selama 15 – 30 menit, setelah itu susu didinginkan sampai suhunya mencapai 40C, untuk selanjutnya dikemas dalam botol atau tempat lainnya. Proses Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada masyarakat dilakukan dengan cara Pra Pelatihan, Pelatihan pembuatan Yoghurt (Presentasi dan Demonstrasi), dan Pelatihan Tehnik Pengelolaan Usaha Yoghurt, dimana hasil yang didapat setelah Pelatihan ini yaitu peserta antusias dan paham cara pembuat Yoghurt, sehingga masyarakat dapat mengaplikasikan dan diharapkan dapat menjadi usaha bersama untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat terutama dilingkungan Kecamatan PedurunganKata Kunci : Pelatihan, Yoghurt, Tahapan Pengelolaan Usaha
