Frente a sociedade da informação, com a presença dos nativos digitais, a educação sobre grandes mudanças, com a necessidade de novas metodologias pautadas na realidade dos alunos e que lhes propicie autonomia. Ambientes Virtuais de Aprendizagem – AVAs e Chatbots, por exemplo, têm apresentado bons resultados quando aplicados no contexto escolar. Nesse sentido, este estudo apresenta a aplicação e análise do uso de um AVA com um Chatbot integrado, como ferramenta de ensino e aprendizagem de Biologia. A partir da integração das tecnologias digitais em uma metodologia de ensino híbrido, seguindo o modelo de sala de aula invertida, foi possível contribuir para o desenvolvimento conceitual de 52 alunos do terceiro ano do ensino médio, com a aquisição de habilidades referentes ao objeto de conhecimento em Relações Ecológicas. A partir da análise dos relatos dos alunos e do docente é possível concluir que as tecnologias utilizadas proporcionam a construção de conhecimentos e favorecem a prática docente, mostrando a necessidade de mais estudos com a finalidade de aprimorar, expandir e difundir as ferramentas tecnológicas utilizadas no contexto escolar brasileiro.
In the present work a study of the situation that is presented in Brazil with regard to the sexually transmitted diseases is made, indicating those groups of people for which the most common certain diseases. It introduces a system of differential equations that simulates the process of transmission of different diseases, if different cases are studied that derive from the general system; the system is simplified according to the case, a qualitative study of the system of equations is presented and conclusions are drawn regarding the future situation in relation to the number of infested patients.
The oleoresin produced by species of genus Protium sp. is rich in alpha and beta-amyrins, two triterpenes with many pharmacogical activities. Considering the need to make the improved obtainment of these products feasible, this study sought to optimize techniques for the extraction and isolation of amyrins from resin. Two methods of extraction (maceration and sonication) with different solvents were compared to direct isolation from crude resin. The isolation of triterpenes was performed by chromatographic columns and the yields of extracts and fractions were analyzed by analysis of variance. The best extraction solvent for amyrins was hexane for both maceration and sonication methods (38.16±2.06% and 37.67±8.21%, respectively). There was no statistical difference between these methods and the direct method (32.05±2.40%). Additionally, the direct method is cheaper and more environmentally friendly. Thus, this study showed that it is possible to obtain a large quantity of amyrins by means of cheap, fast and ecological methods.
