Pengembangan Kreativitas,……….…….   Jurnal Sosiohumaniora Kodepena pp. 130-141   Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pengembangan kreativitas peserta didik melalui karya montase di kelas IV SDN Unggul Lampeuneurut.Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Adapun subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah 1 orang guru kelas IV dan peserta didik sebanyak 29 orang yang terdiri dari 10 orang peserta didik laki-laki dan 19 orang peserta didik perempuan. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Seluruh data yang terkumpul diolah dengan tahap analisis data yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Dengan mengambil dokumentasi hasil karya montase yang dibuat oleh peserta didik.             Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan kreativitas peserta didik melalui karya montase dalam pembelajaran seni rupa kelas IV SDN Unggul Lampeuneurut perlu adanya pengembangan kreativitas pada materi seni rupa melalui karya montase supaya peserta didik lebih bebas mengembangkan kemampuan dan kreativitas yang peserta didik miliki, bebas mengembangkan ide-ide yang menarik. Dalam pengembangan kreativitas peserta didik juga perlu adanya motivasi dari guru agar peserta didik mampu menciptakan suatu karya montase yang lebih baik. Dari penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa setiap peserta didik memiliki bakat, potensi serta kreativitas yang baik. Namun masih kurang dalam penerapannya, sehingga menyebabkan kurangnya pengembangan kreativitas peserta didik melalui karya montase di kelas IV SDN Unggul Lampeuneurut.

Their education is not in school: 1 person, elementary school: 2 people, junior high school: 14 people, high school: 25 people, D III: 2 people, and S1: 3 people. Their work is tricycles: 3 people, IRT: 6 people, entrepreneurs: 16 people, selling stalls: 4 people, making cakes: 3 people, unskilled laborers: 6 people, drivers: 3 people, not working: 3 people, and each - 1 person cut grass, sells fruit and a docker. Aloe Vera is one of the ten types of best-selling plants in the world that have the potential to be developed as medicinal plants and industrial raw materials that can be used both in the world of beauty and food that has many benefits. The purpose of this Community Service is to make training and cultivation of Aloe Vera and process it into healthy, nutritious food and many benefits, as well as business opportunities in order to improve the economy of the people in the two hamlets. The method of conducting training in processing Aloe Vera is an explanation by demonstration / practice of discussion and question and answer as well as how to cultivate Aloe Vera. All participants were distributed modules, tools and materials needed. The training activities are guided by resource persons who are competent in their bidag. The target to be achieved is 30 mothers / fathers who are skilled in cultivating Aloe Vera, and 30 mothers / fathers who are skilled in processing Aloe Vera into delicious, nutritious and rich food.

Mathematics is concerned with abstract ideas and concepts arranged hierarchically and deductive reasoning. In this study, researchers used teaching aids to improve student learning outcomes in mathematics in the decimal fraction count operations material. The props used are Block Dienes, place value cards, and abacus. The formulation of the problem in this study is "Can the use of teaching aids improve student learning outcomes in the material of the operation of counting decimal fractions in the VA class of SD Negeri 29 Banda Aceh?". Classroom Action Research uses a research design model of Kemmis and M. Taggart with 2 cycles. Data collection techniques are observation and tests. The results of the study in the first cycle of the average student learning outcomes were 89 with a percentage of 88.77% learning completeness, but students who had not achieved learning success were 11.23% of the percentage of classical learning completeness ≥ 85% and individual KKM ≥ 71. achieve mastery learning that is with an average of 98.14 with a percentage of 98.14%. Based on the discussion above shows that efforts to improve learning outcomes in the operation material of counting decimal fractions using teaching aids in VA class SDN 29 Banda Aceh can be increased. This is evidenced by the comparison of the average value on the initial test before using props, namely 40 to 98.14 after using props.
