Considering the economic, social and environmental potential of the forestry sector of Ukraine, and the rather low level of its efficiency, an important task is to create conditions for the competitive development of the forestry industry. A precondition for such development is an objective assessment of the regional competitiveness of forestry complexes, which requires the elaboration of appropriate methodological and methodological approaches. The regional approach to competitiveness assessment ensures that the specific features of all natural zones on the territory of Ukraine, characterised by different soil and climatic conditions and unequal forest cover, are taken into account. The purpose of this study is to substantiate and test methodological and methodological approaches to assessing the competitiveness of forestry in Ukraine. The methodological basis of the research was the methods of analysis and synthesis, system generalisation and dialectical method. Methodological and methodical approaches to the assessment of the competitiveness of forestry in Ukraine are substantiated. The main challenges of forestry enterprises that form the potential of the industry are identified. The factors that form the level of competitiveness of forestry are highlighted. Positive and negative trends in the competitive development of regional forestry complexes are identified. Based on the assessment of the competitiveness of forestry complexes, their classification in the major natural zones of Ukraine was completed. The conducted research will serve as a basis for assessing the efficiency of individual forestry enterprises in the context of strengthening their competitiveness. The main advantages (disadvantages) of competitive development of business entities can become an objective prerequisite for making appropriate management decisions.
The purpose of the study is to create a Five-Level Model of full professional development (PD) management, in the format of a decimal model of management of good human health (GHH) formation. To achieve the determined goal, the concepts of «occupational human health» and «comprehensive professional development» determining full compliance of a person’s professional activity with achievements in modern science and practice were defined. This is the highest level of professional development to achieve goals in a certain type of professional activity as a result of fulfilling the professional potential. Thereafter, to meet the objectives of the study, the last tenth letter «T» of the word «management» was used in the Conceptual decimal model of full innovative GHH management. It represents the highest, tenth level of the professional activity system, consisting of five types: work — labour — business — game — employment. These five types of human profess ional activity are at the core of the Five-Level Model and are placed at five hierarchical levels, in accordance with their relevance. To create the Five-Level Model, single-type tables were built that summarize the characteristics of each of the five types of professional activity: work — labour — business — game — employment and characteristics of the corresponding subjects. Reasonable conclusions have been drawn for each type of professional activity according to its hierarchical level in the Five-Level Model. This has helped to create the Five-Level Model of comprehensive PD management, in a format of the Conceptual model of full innovative management of GHH formation and determine that the Five-Level Model is a full hierarchical management model consisting of five types of professional activities in precise order according to their relevance: work, labour, business, game, service, which together fully cover the entire professional activity. It is proved that unique properties of the Five-Level Model allow for its regular use for full professional development management in any environment, including Ukrainian society.
Russia’s invasion of Ukraine has caused many social, economic, environmental and energy problems. Most business entities faced problems at the national level that affected their financial and economic activities. The mass departure of workers abroad, rising natural gas prices, internal relocation, and constant shelling force business entities to search for new approaches to the management and development of their enterprises. The purpose of the study – substantiate and test the scientific and methodological approach to achieving energy independence of economic entities as a way to avoid their insolvency in times of war. In the course of the study, a critical analysis of the thematic literature was performed, and a set of general scientific and special research methods was used: expert assessments, observation, analogy, grouping, obtaining a consensus, deductive, inductive reasoning, systematisation, system-functional, measurement, analysis, comparison, logical generalisation, systematisation, hypothesis, a repeated combination of independent scenarios, extrapolation, elasticity estimation and graphical. The study identified the consequences of the military invasion of Ukraine and developed an algorithm for actions during the war. Four scenarios have been identified, under which the investigated business entity can solve the urgent problems. It is substantiated that the best scenario is the one in which it is required to increase its production capacity by setting up a “full cycle” production using a continuous pyrolysis system for the recycling of worn-out tires. The rationality of its use is proved. The scientific and methodological tools for interaction between business entities and the state during the war have been improved based on a systematic approach, which, unlike the existing ones, deepens the significance of shifting the centre of gravity from the macro to the micro level and is based on the proposed algorithm of actions (identifying the problem, developing possible scenarios for its immediate solution, compliance of the chosen scenario with the national interests of the state, finding a source of funding for the implementation of one of the scenarios), which determines the most optimistic scenario of the balance of interests between the state and business entities. The practical value of the proposed lies in the identification of economic, social, environmental and energy efficiency of the developed algorithm of actions in practice, on the example of financial and economic activities of the entity. Such an approach, on the one hand, allows for achieving energy independence soon and is a way to avoid the insolvency of economic entities in the conditions of war. On the other hand, it should become a reliable base for the national economy in the period of post-war reconstruction.
The purpose of the study is to substantiate and develop a Conceptual model of full-fledged creative management of the formation of complete human health. The authors summarized the theoretical generalization of the category «full human health» (FHH) showed that its essence is a complete system of universal human five-element subsystems of different nature, consisting of five levels, ten species and fifty elements of human health intended for use in any public environment. Methodology. The theoretical and methodological basis of the study is the attributive (triple) scientific approach, the method of modeling systems of complete creative management, the method of structural-linguistic quantification in a complex combination with the fundamental principles of human health: fullness, well-being and hierarchy. The aforementioned theoretical and methodological base of the research made it possible to create, in the format of the Fundamental Model of Full-fledged Creative Management of the Life of Ukrainian Society, a Conceptual Model of Full-fledged Creative Management of the Formation of FHH, to characterize its phases, stages of management, to show the role of the subject of management – the person in the formation of FHH and to draw appropriate scientific conclusions. The scientific novelty of the obtained results lies in the creation of the Conceptual model of complete creative management of FHH as a universal full-fledged model of creative management in the composition of four horizontal phases and ten vertical stages of control, in which the set of five-element common human systems of different hierarchical level and nature on five levels, ten species and fifty elements of the process of forming a FHH for its use in any society nomu environment. Conclusions. The unique properties of the conceptual model of full-fledged creative management characterize it as a modern all-human, full-fledged system of creative management of higher-level hierarchical puzzle. This necessitates the widespread use of the Conceptual Model in the basic spheres of human activity for the full management of his health in the conditions of any social environment, in particular Ukrainian society.
