Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinandan kepuasan terhadap Kinerja pegawai dengan Motivasi sebagai variabel intervening. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 100 responden. Metode Pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan kuesioner dan wawancara. Teknik analisa data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah Path analysis. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara kinerja pegawai dengan kepemimpinan, kepemimpinan dengan kepuasan, kepemimpinan dengan motivasi kerja, kepuasan dengan motivasi kerja, kinerja pegawai dengan kepuasan, kinerja pegawai dengan motivasi kerja. Analisis jalur menunjukkan kepemimpinan, kepuasan, dan motivasi kerja, memiliki pengaruh terhadap perubahan variabel kinerja pegawai.
Lake Toba is one of the priority tourism destinations which has natural, cultural, and spiritual wealth. In realizing Lake Toba as the Monaco of Asia, it is necessary to pay attention to various aspects, one of which is the tourism image of Lake Toba in the eyes of tourists. This study aims to determine how the influence of brand image in increasing the number of tourists in Samosir Regency. The sample used in this study were 100 tourists who were visiting in Samosir Regency. This research is descriptive and quantitative research. Data collection techniques using observation and distribution of questionnaires to tourists. The sampling technique was random sampling with a simple linear regression analysis. The results showed that brand image has a significant positive effect on tourist visits. Where the coefficient of determination (R2) is 0.628, which means that brand image has an influence of 62.8% on the decision to visit tourists to Lake Toba, Samosir Regency, while the remaining 37.2% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study such as service quality, tourism performance. and others.
This study aims to determine and analyze (1) the effect of individual characteristics on employee performance; (2) the influence of work ethic on employee performance; (3) the influence of individual characteristics and work ethic on employee performance. The method used in this research is to use quantitative analysis methods. Sampling in this study using the Slovin method. The number of samples in this study were 70 employees of the Regional Secretariat of Simalungun Regency From the research results, the following results can be obtained: (a) the multiple regression results are Y 'Y' = 10.107 + 0.330X1 + 0.504X2; (b) the results of the t test (partial) show that each individual characteristic variable (X1) and work ethic (X2) have a significant effect on employee performance (Y), where the value of t count> t table (0.235) and the value of 'Sig' respectively -Each individual characteristic variable (X1) is 0.014 and work ethic (X2) is 0.001 <0.05. (c) the output model summary (R Square value) is 0.282, meaning that variations in employee performance can be explained by variations in individual characteristics (X1) and work ethic (X2)% and the rest is explained by other variables not examined. (d) From the calculation of the Fcount value of 13,146> the FTabel value of 3.13 or if it is seen from the sig 'value of 0.000 <0.05 then H0 is rejected.
This study aims to determine the constraints faced by farmers of oyster mushroom cultivators as well as manufacturers of processed oyster mushrooms products belonging to the Group of Women Farmers (KWT) UMKM Simalungun. Respondents intentionally set, including the chairman and members of the (KWT) UMKM Simalungun Group, PPL, and regular consumers from Pradnyagama autism children Foundation. Internal and external factors are identified and analyzed by SWOT analysis to determine some alternative strategies accordingly. Furthermore, alternative strategies are analyzed by QSPM to determine strategic priorities. The results of the research show that based on internal analysis, the oyster mushroom processing business of UMKM Kabupaten Simalungun is on the average position in the harness strengths and weaknesses. The main strength of UMKM Kabupaten Simalungun is in the product variation. The main weakness of UMKM Kabupaten Simalungun is the selling price of the product. Based on the analysis of the external environment, the oyster mushroom processing business of UMKM Kabupaten Simalungun is taking advantage of the opportunities to overcome the threats faced by UMKM Kabupaten Simalungun. The main opportunity for UMKM Kabupaten Simalungun is rising customer demand. The main threat of UMKM Kabupaten Simalungun is rising production costs. SWOT Analysis discover 6 alternative strategies namely: open opportunities for cooperation with other parties associated with the distribution of products, increased sales promotion or dissemination of products information, improving the appearance of products through improved packaging, looking for market information by using information technology, trying to maintain product quality and increase efficiency and effectiveness in marketing the product
