Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kinerja guru paud di kota serang pada dimensi kompetensi paedagogik, dimana pada masa pandemic covid 19 apakah guru melakukan proses pembelajaran dirumah sehingga anak mengalami proses belajar di rumah dengan pendampingan orang tua. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah mixed method, dengan menggabungkan dua bentuk penelitian yang telah ada sebelumnya yaitu kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Hasil yang diperoleh dalam penelitan ini, secara keseluruhan kinerja guru paud pada dimensi kompetensi paedagogik berada pada kategori sangat baik, hal ini didasarkan pada hasil perhitungan dengan menggunakan WMS (Weigh Mean Score) berada pada angka 4,34 artinya jka dikonversi pada table kosnultasi dengan skor maskimal 5.00 kinerja guru paud di kota serang pada masa pandemic covid 19 ini sangat baik
This study aims to determine the level of child creativity and the effectiveness of various models of learning in early-childhood in developing the creativity of children aged 5-6 years after the city of Serang, Banten. The research was conducted from April to July 2017. The research method used was the mixed method with the research population is all children aged 5-6 years in Serang city, Banten. The sample was 120 children from 30 PAUD institutions, consisting of two groups, which were 60 children from early-childhood with teacher-centered learning model and 60 children from PAUD with student-based learning model. The results showed that the creativity level of children aged 5-6 years in Serang city is categorized as high and there is no significant difference of creativity of children aged 5-6 years after the model of student-based learning with teacher-centered learning model. However, the level of creativity of children with student-based learning model is higher than the teacher-centered learning model. This study concludes that student-based learning model (center, area, group, or angle) is more effective in developing the creativity of children aged 5-6 years. Recommendations for institutions, communities, stakeholders, and researchers are further discussed within the article.
Disability can be classified into two types, namely disorders of the function of the orthopedic limb (orthopedic disability) and disorders of the function of the nerve (neurological disability). The purpose of this study was to optimize the fine motor skills of students with cerebral palsy at TKLB SLB D YPAC, South Jakarta, through sewing board media. In this study, the ADDIE Approach (Analysis-Design-Develop-ImplementEvaluate) was used. The sewing board media developed in this study were shown to be effective and can be used in optimizing the fine motor skills of students with cerebral palsy.
