The development of Industrial technology 4.0 was characterized by cyber-physical systems. This era make it easier for humans to connect with other humans, with industrial machines, and with the environment around them. With the industrial revolution 4.0 can be significantly increase the productivity. At this time, the single part products are often needed, where the product is used only a little and without needed for mass production or be known a custom design. The products that are custom design can be made by a 3D Printer (3DP) machine. 3D Printing is one of the newest technologies in the printing world, where the 3D printing technology is an easy to print and easy to develop the solid product with 3DP technology. In this study, the printing objects of 3DP using CAD data and then converted into G-Code using Creation Workshop software version 1.0.0.75. This study aims to determine the effect of layer thickness and exposure time to geometric of shaft made by 3D Printer with technology Digital Light Processing (DLP). The specimens tested is Ø20 x 100 mm with material Liquid Photopolymer Resin. The data from the test results analyzed using ANOVA with a 3-level design type and 2 factorial interactions (2FI) with 3 replications modeled by the Design-Expert® 10 trial version software. The results of the 5-point method analysis show that the main factor of most influences on the cylindricity of the test specimens is the layer thickness factors, and the optimum combination of parameters in this study is layer thickness 0.075 mm and exposure time 15 seconds.
One of the important components in the high voltage overhead lines placed on the transmission tower is an insulator. Insulators that are installed outdoor will be exposed to the environment directly. Due to environmental conditions and pollutants attached to the surface, leakage currents can flow on the surface of the insulator. Large leakage currents can damage the surface of the insulator and cause losses in the form of heat and even cause flashover. This paper provides an alternative way to prevent early flashover by detecting the severity of the insulator surface based on harmonic measurements of leakage currents. Insulator performance mainly depends on the conductivity of the surface layer being polluted or by generating pollutants via the equivalent salt deposit density (ESDD). The leakage currents were evaluated at different ESDD levels as deposits of very light, light, moderate, and heavy NaCl salt pollution on a 20 kV outdoor polymer insulators. From the experiments, it can be concluded that: i. The leakage current that occurs when the surface of the insulator is very lightly polluted has an unsymmetrical waveform that is distorted and leads to a positive with a large THD; ii. The magnitude of the leakage current with the surface of the insulator is polluted, which leads to greater weight, but the harmonic distortion and THD are getting smaller with the waveform of the leakage current signal leading to a sinusoidal waveform.
The phenomenon of the persecution of the Orang Rimba by people from outside the Orang Rimba tribe which suggests that legal justice cannot be upheld as it should be in an environment of isolated tribal communities. This study aims to determine the legal understanding of the Orang Rimba community around the Bukit Duabelas National Park regarding criminal acts of persecution carried out by people from outside the Orang Rimba Tribe towards their members, factors that in hibit criminal law enforcement, and criminal law policies that can be adapted to provide legal protection against the Orang Rimba from persecution crimes committed by people from outside the Orang Rimba Tribe in the future. The results showed that according to the legal understanding of the Orang Rimba community if there was a conflict with an outside party accompanied by crimes of mistreatment against members of the Orang Rimba community, it was considered as a disturbance to the balance of social life. Orang Rimba considers that external social control in the form of customary fines is too easy to fulfill. Therefore, to increase the deterrent effect for people from outside the Orang Rimba tribe as the perpetrators of the persecution of their members, the Orang Rimba wants a criminal justice system that has an instrument of imprisonment to be applied as a compliment. Factors that hinder law enforcement in this crime of persecution include both juridical and non-juridical fields. The results of this study recommend that the protection of isolated tribal communities should be realized by providing special legal assistance and making advocacy programs for the Orang Rimba tribe so that disruption to them can be prevented preventively.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
