Learning Management System (LMS) dalam pembelajaran di era pandemi seperti saat ini menjadi satu alat yang sangat dibutuhkan oleh institusi penyelenggara pendidikan. Semua institusi berusaha memiliki LMS sebagai media pembelajaran untuk siswa atau mahasiswanya. Ada banyak LMS yang tersedia, baik yang bersifat open source, berbayar, ataupun dibangun sendiri. Namun sayangnya tidak semua LMS bisa memenuhi kebutuhan dari para penggunanya. Penelitian ini mencoba mengembangkan Instrumen untuk menilai LMS dengan menggunakan konsep Importance Performance Analysis Matrix (IPA Matrix), sehingga bisa diketahui tingkat Importance dan juga Performance dari masing-masing LMS. Namun karena IPA Matrix dibangun berdasarkan layanan pemasaran, maka perlu dilakukan rancang bangun ulang untuk menilai LMS (sebagai perangkat lunak) dalam bidang pendidikan. Penelitian ini mencoba menggabungkan konsep IPA Matrix dengan konsep pengembangan perangkat lunak (web site) untuk mendapatkan Instrumen Penilaian perangkat lunak LMS. Hasil dari pengembangan ini, didapatkan, 12 indikator yang dapat digunakan sebagai instrumen yaitu : Kinerja Aplikasi, Features, Fungsionalitas, Kesesuaian, Kompatibilitas, Durabilitas, Waktu Maintain, Keindahan / Disain Grafis, Persepsi, Usabilitas, Navigasi, Konten yang bermanfaat
<p>This Community Service activity was carried out because they we the teacher's lack of ability in making their own learning videos. This ability is very much-needed in this pandemic, because students have to do distance learning. Universitas Pembangunan Jaya conducts training for teachers at MTs Miftah Assa'adah School located in South Tangerang area. In distance learning, the use of video media is needed by students. Teacher training is conducted using a combination of online and offline methods. The teachers were also given hand-on training to create, edit and upload the learning videos they made. Training using common applications and can be obtained easily. The applications used are also applications that do not require high computer resources, so they can be done with only standard devices. For example MS Power Point, Canva and Movie Maker, VLC and even Zoom. Of the 10 indicators used as a measure, 8 of them showed an increase of over 50%. The post-test results at the end of the training also showed an improvement in the general abilities of the training participants </p>
Situation during COVID19 pandemic, requires all schools to conduct online learning. This condition is done to prevent the spread of pandemic. The problem is that the infrastructure is not fully supported. Learning in marginal areas is still constrained by the difficulty of the signal or internet connection. This research was conducted to obtain an infrastructure design that can be used in areas with minimal internet connection, or even no internet network connection. Using R&D, the research begins by designing a network device on the school side – Acces Point, also a tool to expand coverage - repeater. Furthermore, design and testing of signal amplifier antennas that can be used on the client side is carried out. For the client side, several types of amplifier antennas are made that can be used to receive Wifi frequencies. There are three types of antennas that are made and tested, namely Yagi, Yagi Cross, and cantennas. Both are Unidirectional antenna. Connection quality is measured with a Wifi analyzer device to determine network quality. As for mobile phones, it is measured using the Wifi Master Key. The result obtained is a WELAN infrastructure design which is equipped with unidirectional antenna design with a total range of 8 Km.
The use of learning websites in the field of education has now become a necessity. One of them is using a Learning Management System that supports the learning process. The Learning Management System is a system that tertiary institutions widely use to help the teaching and learning process run smoothly. Apart from providing benefits to tertiary institutions, this system must also be well received by the primary users, namely students. To assess the performance of a Learning Management System, tools that can be used include the Analysis using the Index -Performance Matrix. This matrix was initially developed to assess consumer satisfaction with the marketing of goods or services. Still, it can be developed to assess user satisfaction with the services of an LMS website. This study tries to assess one LMS using indicators to assess website user satisfaction, using the Importance -Performance Analysis Matrix, which is modified according to website assessment standards. The results of this Analysis obtained data on the gap between the performance expected by the user and the user's preferences regarding the level of importance of each indicator. Based on the data spread over the four quadrants, it can be determined which factors should be prioritized for improvement or improvement. These variables are variables 2, 3, 4 and 6, namely the Application features , application reliability, replication suitability and also ease of repair, we found several variables that need to be fixed immediately and which factors are not yet urgent. This research was conducted at a university in South Tangerang.
