The purpose of study is to analyze the relationship of Economic Growth, Fiscal Policies, and Demographic to Islamic Human Development Index in Indonesia. The analysis method used Granger Causality test in 33 representative provinces. Taked sampling with Criteria Purporsive Sampling method. The results showed that there was relationship between Economic growth to Demographic and Islamic Human Development Index. There was relationship between Demographic to IHDI and fiscal policy in health and education. There was relationship of Fiscal Policy in health to Fiscal Policy in education. Recommendation of study was 1. Increasing economic growth with equity to support the maximalization IHDI in each region. 2. Optimizing Fiscal policies performance to improving public services in education and health so can be impact on the high IHDI distributed in Indonesia.
Used oil is a dangerous and toxic material whose use is strictly prohibited because it damages the environment and human life. Therefore, special handling is needed to dispose of the waste or reuse it with other functions (renewable energy). Researchers are interested in recycling used oil as a fuel that can help overcome the depletion of fossil fuels. This research is an experimental study conducted in a laboratory. Used oil which for a lot of time as waste that is not utilized will affect the environment and also health because it is a pollutant of Hazardous and Toxic Materials (B3). But before being reused, the harmful metals Pb, Fe, Al and Mn are removed by a filtering process, acidification to remove impurities and bind metals that contaminate the oil. After that, it is reused as a very efficient fuel in terms of price compared to using LPG or kerosene.
Poverty alleviation efforts are continuously being carried out by every country in the world, especially Indonesia. Various programs and policies have been implemented by the government as an intermediary in overcoming this problem with various fiscal policy issues in the form of fuel increases, taxes, external debt and APBN budget predictions where these policies are considered bad for the community because they are not targeted and is uneven. The purpose of this study is to analyze the role of tax policy in alleviating poverty in Indonesia based on an economic review of Sharia. This study uses a Content Analysis through a qualitative approach. The conclusion of this study is that the measures implemented by the government to alleviate poverty have not been optimal. Islam finds the solution to less poverty through the zakat instrument. Islamic teachings lay the fundamental foundation for people's socio-economic growth and development through the concept of zakat, hence it is not wrong that the government considers zakat policy as one of the efforts to alleviate the poverty problem in Indonesia. As for the zakat policy in this matter, one of them is productive zakat in the form of capital and education for Small and Medium Enterprises and optimizing the role of Amil Zakat Institution for the benefit of the Ummah.
