COVID-19 is an infectious disease caused by a newly discovered corona virus named Novel Corona virus (SARS nCoV-2), pandemic in nature, limited treatment. Most people infected with the COVID-19 virus will experience mild to moderate respiratory illness and recover without requiring special treatment. Up to now the best way to prevent and slow down transmission about the COVID-19 virus outbreak. Many developed countries, including Italy, France, England, and the United States of America (USA) are facing to tackle fatal infections and death their peoples. Unfortunately, no specific treatment protocol is available till today. In this situation, Homoeopathy can play a vital role in the developing countries like Bangladesh, India, Pakistan whose outbreak already clusters to community transmission. Remember, Homoeopathy is the method of treatment with those medicines which can produce symptoms similarities. In past, it has potential epidemic record in treating disease like scarlet fever, typhoid, and cholera in globally. From the period of discovering, homoeopathy has been efficient role in the treatment of RTI and pneumonia by several homeopathic remedies.

Background: A 60 years-old man presented with an 8-day history of acute onset painless left upper eyelid ptosis covering the pupil entirely. Ptosis can affect unilateral or bilateral. He had no other symptoms; importantly pupils were equal and reactive and eye movements were full. There was no palpable mass or swelling. He had a headache but had no other focal neurological signs or symptoms of fatigue. MRI of brain and Orbits showed no remarkable abnormality detected in brain & orbits. Objectives: Assessment of the homeopathic symptomatic aspects of Gelsemium sempervirens on eyelid ptosis. Showed homeopathy has a major role in the treatment of ptosis. Materials and Methods. The case management was conducted for 3 weeks and only two follow follow-ups were was taken according to the law of homeopathy.Result: Administrating Gelsemium sempervirens 30°C of 5/7 pills orally thrice a day for a week; left eyelid ptosis was improved 60%. The ptosis resolved quickly and the patient remains symptom-free 100% at 3 weeks follow-up by next high potency Gelsemium sempervirens 200C with the same pattern. Conclusion:Acute ptosis may indicate serious pathology. A careful history and examination must be taken. The appropriate management requires recognition of the underlying cause of it. This case presentation highlights the various aspects of ptosis evaluation and management by homeopathy for future study.
Most pituitary adenomas are slow-growing and benign, which means they are not cancer and do not spread to other parts of the body. They generally have a slow but severe impact on vision due to compression of the optic nerves, optic chiasm, and cavernous sinus. However, as they grow big they can put pressure on nearby structures, such as the nerves that connect the eyes to the brain and cause symptoms. Pituitary adenomas are the third most common intracranial tumor and arise from the pituitary gland. An individual case is presented in this paper with radiological evidence (MRI) of a large lobulated intrasellar mass (3.0 cm transversely, 3.5 cm craniocaudally and 2 cm anteroposteriorly) with supra-sellar extension is causing elevation of the floor of the 3rd ventricle of the brain. Pituitary macroadenoma and hemorrhagic foei, pituitary apoplexy, and pituitary adenomas were founded by different CT scan and MRI reports in different laboratories. The patient was treated with constitutional homoeopathic medicines – Natrum muriticum-m/1, 16 doses up to Natrum muriticum-m/20, 16 doses each from 26/04/2014 to 07/08/2017. Before treatment imaging was done several times from 6/04/2011 to 12/01/2012showed complete resolution of the pituitary adenoma and during treatment3 follow-up imaging was done on 25/07/2015 and 06/08/2017. This case report reviews the clinical presentation, homoeopathic management, and treatment of the major classification of pituitary adenomas and call attention to the need for repertorization in individualized homoeopathic prescription. It is hoped that if this type of clinical research continues in the future, homeopathy will have a breakthrough result and it’s symptomatic medical treatment will play a beneficial role in the near future from the deadly evils of various types of chemotherapy, radiotherapy, or combined therapy.
Retinoblastoma (RB) is a rapidly developing cancer that develops from the immature cells of a retina, the light-detecting tissue of the eye and is the most common malignant tumor of the eye in children. There are very few known risk factors for retinoblastoma, but the main gene changes inside cells that can lead to retinoblastoma are now fairly well known. Early in fetal development, well before birth, cells in the retina of the eye divide to make new cells to fill the retina. At a certain point, these cells normally stop dividing and become mature retinal cells. But sometimes something goes wrong with this process. Instead of maturing, some retinal cells continue to grow out of control, which can lead to retinoblastoma. The article aims in describing the role of homeopathy in managing RB. The use of homeopathic remedies is raising in the modern area especially in chronic disease as well as DNA mutations like RB and is proved effective in clinical practice. Managing cases of RB in homeopathy is an art. However, more scientific research studies are needed to be done to validate the effectiveness, and explain the safety profile of homeopathic remedies for their anti-retinoblastoma potential. Because, homoeopathy system of medicine is stand on law of similia i.e. Similia Similibus Curenture.
