This study aims to determine the effect of education level and occupation on the family income in Manbesak Village, North Biak District, Biak Regency, Papua Province. The number of samples used in this study were 77 families in Manbesak Village and the data analysis used was multiple linear regression quantitative analysis with education level and occupation as independent variables and income as the dependent variable. Based on the discussion of the research result, it can be concluded that there is a positive and significant influence between the level of education and occupation on family income in Manbesak Village with the coefficient of determination obtained at 73.3 percent.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh tingkat pendidikan dan jenis pekerjaan terhadap pendapatan kepala keluarga (KK) di Kampung Manbesak Distrik Biak Utara Kabupaten Biak Provinsi Papua. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 77 kepala keluarga di Kampung Manbesak dan analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis kuantitatif regresi linear berganda dengan tingkat pendidikan dan jenis pekerjaan sebagai variabel independen dan pendapatan sebagai variabel dependen. Berdasarkan pembahasan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara tingkat pendidikan dan jenis pekerjaan terhadap pendapatan kepala keluarga di Kampung Manbesak dengan nilai koefisien determinasi yang diperoleh sebesar 73,3 persen.
The purpose of this study was to analyze the level of income and welfare of business people who have businesses in white sand beach tourism areas. Data obtained from the results of interviews, observations and literature that has been carried out on business people. The results obtained show that the average income of traders from businesses in tourist attractions in Pasir Putih Beach is IDR 41,644,000 per year. Annual per capita income of Rp. 17,196,181 and included in the category of not poor with a score of 4 and per capita expenditure per year Rp. 6,877,790, in this amount categorized as not poor with a score of 4. It is known that the average score of businesses in the tourism area White Sand Beach is 30 which are categorized as high for the level of welfare.
This research aims to examine the effect of central government transfers, fiscal stress, regional taxes and gross regional domestic product on regional spendingofdistricts/cities in West Papua Province, to analyze the effect of fiscal stress from two indicators, namely the ratio of local revenue to regional spending and the difference in expenditurewith revenue. Using panel data analysis method, the first equation uses a random effect model and the second equation uses a fixed effect model.Finding / Originality: That government transfers and gross regional domestic product have a positive and significant effect on regional spending. By using two measures of fiscal stress, it is found that the fiscal stress variable, both through the ratio of original local income to regional spending, and the difference in expenditures and regional revenues, has a significant and positive effect on regional spending
This study aims to determine the influence of location, consumer income, house prices, appetite for subsidized home purchase decisions in Manokwari Regency. The variables in this study are Location, Consumer Income, House Price and Taste. This study uses primary data and secondary data. Primary data obtained through questionnaires and secondary data obtained through agencies related to this study, the analysis method used is to use multiple linear regression models using the SPSS Statistic 16 program. The results of the partial study (t test) Location, Kosumen Income, House Prices and tastes had a positive and significant effect on the decision to purchase subsidized homes in Manokwari Regency. But together (simultaneously) variable locations, consumer income, house prices and tastes significantly influenced purchasing decisions at a confidence level of 95 percent.
