This survey examines relationship between recruitment, sport facilities and empowerment through motivation toward athletes’ prestations. The survey took 119 athletes as data whose included in Pusat Pembinaan Latihan Pelajar (PLPP) dan Pusat Pembinaan Latihan Daerah (PPLD) Aceh. This research used path analysis to analyze the data and finds that recruitment, sport facilities and empowerment have an impact to the motivation and athletes’ prestations directly and indirectly. Through that condition indirectly all the exogenous factors have impact to athletes’ prestations. Key words : recruitment, sport facilities, empowerment, motivation, athletes’ prestations

This research is one of the historical studies that discusses thematic biographies that specifically discuss the figure of Mislin As in empowering the Poor in Tanjung Morawa B Village (2006-2022). The purpose of this study is to explain what empowerment was carried out by Mislin As in empowering the poor in Tanjung Morawa B Village from 2006-2022. This study uses historical research methods with the following steps: (1) Heuristics, data collection as Primary Sources through interviews with figures, relatives, employees, and the surrounding community and Secondary Sources through archival studies and literature studies. (2) Source Criticism, both internal and external. (3) Data interpretation and (4) Historiography, describing research results in the form of scientific writing, namely articles. The results of this study indicate that Mislin As empowers the poor in Tanjung Morawa B Village through its company PT. Amindy Barokah North Sumatra and zakat assets and alms that he always issues. And is also influential in politics in the village and likes to empower children who love the Qur'an by establishing a Qur'an house. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menjelaskan tentang pemberdayaan apa saja yang dilakukan oleh Mislin As dalam memberdayakan masyarakat Miskin di Desa Tanjung Morawa B dari tahun 2006-2022. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian sejarah dengan langkah-langkah sebagai berikut: (1) Heuristik, pengambilan data sebagai Sumber Primer melalui wawancara tokoh, kerabat, karyawan , serta masyarakat sekitar dan Sumber Sekunder melalui studi arsip dan studi pustaka. (2) Kritik Sumber, baik internal maupun eksternal. (3) Interpretasi data dan (4) Historiografi, mendeskripsikan hasil penelitian dalam bentuk penulisan ilmiah yaitu artikel. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Mislin As memberdayakan Masyarakat Miskin di Desa Tanjung Morawa B melalui Perusahaannya PT. Amindy Barokah Sumut dan zakat harta serta sedekah yang selalu dikeluarkannya. Dan juga berpengaruh dalam perpolitikan di Desa tersebut serta suka memberdayakan anak-anak pecinta Al Qur’an dengan mendirikan Rumah Qur’an. This research is one of the human resources research that includes the application of scientific methods to find out the truth about human resource management. This study is one of the quantitative research taking the number of respondents, namely as many as 31 employees at the head office of PT. Agro Sinergi Nusantara Ujong Beurosok Aceh Barat, in the sampling process using the Saturated Sampling technique, where library research, interviews and questionnaires or questionnaires have been prepared in advance before conducting research. There are two independent variables in this research process, namely work experience and motivation and the dependent variable, namely employee performance, which is tested by multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the hypothesis test, it is known that the work experience variable and the motivation variable have a positive and significant effect simultaneously on the employee performance variable at the head office of PT. Agro Sinergi Nusantara Ujong Beurosok Aceh Barat, but partially the work experience variable has a significant and positive effect on the employee performance variable at the head office of Pt. Kinerja guru sangat menentukan mutu pendidikan setiap daerah di Indonesia. Guru harus memahami tugas dan tanggunjawab yang diberikan kepadanya. Dalam melaksanakan tugasnya maka guru harus mampu menghasilkan pembelajaran bermutu, hal ini harus didikung oleh kemampuan dalam mentranfer ilmu kepada siswa dan mampu mendesain pembelajaran yang aplikatif sehingga terciptanya prosespembelajaran yang baik. Dalam melaksanakan tugasnya, seorang guru harus dilakukan pengawasan dan evaluasi terkait dengan tugas dan tanggungjawab yang dibebankan kepadanya agar tercapai visi dan misi yang telah dibuat sebelumnya. Monitoring, evaluasi dan memotivasi merupakan tugas dan tanggungjawab kepala sekolah selaku pimpinan dalam sebuah sekolah. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru di sekolah menengah pertama sekecataman Meureubo kabupaten Aceh barat.
