Surabaya locomotive warehouse is one part of the company PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) as a place to store spare parts for repair and maintenance purposes, especially locomotives. The implementation of these inspections and repairs, of course, requires spare parts to facilitate the maintenance process which generally spare parts are placed in storage or warehouses. The problem in the Surabaya locomotive warehouse is that the arrangement of spare parts for bin boxes for each type of group is not always fixed so that the search becomes a bit hampered. This study aims to review the repair of bin box spare parts placement on a regular basis by using the First-In First-Out (FIFO) approach to sort bin box spare parts based on their movement flow. Based on the results of the analysis, the classification of bin boxes in each type of spare parts rack group based on the flow of movement in sequence is fast moving, medium moving, and slow moving. In the fast moving spare parts bin boxes are placed on the bottom row of shelves, bin boxes that have medium moving spare parts are placed on the second and third rows of shelves. Meanwhile, bin boxes that have slow-moving spare parts will be placed on the top shelf. After classifying the spare parts in the bin box, an addressing area is made on each row of the rack to determine the location of the spare part position.
Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk: 1) Implementasi pengolahan limbah; 2) Faktor-faktor yangmempengaruhi pemrosesan bank sampah; 3) Dampak pengolahan bank sampah di Desa KalikatirGondang Mojokerjo. Pengabdian ini menggunakan deskriptif kualitatif dengan lokasi penelitian disebuah bank sampah di aula desa Kalikatir, Gondang, Mojokerto. Subjek penelitian ini adalahseorang warga desa yang mengumpulkan beberapa sampah rumah mereka yang dikumpulkanuntuk menghamburkan anggota bank desa Kalikatir. Informasi tersebut diperoleh oleh manajemenbank sampah dan kepala desa sebagai penasihat bank sampah. Pengumpulan data menggunakanmetode wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Kesimpulan dari semua hasil pengabdianmenunjukkan bahwa: 1) pelaksanaan pengolahan bank sampah sebagai komunitas sumber daya didesa Kalikatir memiliki kegiatan yang meliputi sosialisasi bank sampah, pengumpulan sampah,pemilahan sampah, pelatihan keterampilan untuk bahan daur ulang dan evaluasi yang dilakukansekali satu minggu; 2) Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pengolahan bank sampah sebagaifasilitas untuk pengolahan limbah yang tidak memadai dan distribusi kinerja yang kurang spesifik;3) Dampak pemberdayaan masyarakat melalui pengolahan bank sampah di Desa Kalikatir mampumemberikan penghasilan tambahan bagi anggota aktif. Membudayakan masyarakat pilah pilihsampah.
The development of industry by empowering high technology is accompanied by an increase in players and technology users in the industrial era and globalization. So it is necessary to pay attention to work safety as an effort to improve human resources in the field of Occupational Safety and Health Management System. The theme of Occupational Safety and Health Management System is very interesting to study and continue to develop. So the purpose of this research is to know the implementation of Occupational Safety and Health Management System in accordance with the Standard Operating Procedure and to know the use of Personal Protective Equipment for employees in the maintenance department of a shoe-making company according to the rules and rules of Occupational Safety and Health Management System. The research method used is comparative quantitative research (comparing quantitatively). The research subjects were employees in the maintenance department of a shoe-making company which collected 60 people. The results of this study indicate that the Post-Test value > from the Pre-Test results. Therefore, the implementation of the Health and Safety Management System in the maintenance department has been implemented or in accordance with standart operation procedure and policies of a shoe-making company.
Solar panels are semiconductor elements that can convert solar energy into electrical energy. This Research on Solar Power Plants (PLTS) assemble with materials such as solar panels, 3000 W inverters, batteries, relays and control chargers, after that the load calculations are carried out, then implementation and testing is carried out. This research also aims as a renewable electric power in the future. From the results of the PLTS load test carried out at the researcher's house, the highest load was 405.32 watts, while the highest load test results used PLN electricity, which was 267.06 watts. So it can be said that this research is successful in meeting the electricity needs of household scale.
