Abstract-The article provides mathematical models to forecast the dynamics of price changing of residential property in Kazan. Verification of models was performed and results of the comparative analysis of prices in the secondary market of residential property in Kazan and other major cities of the Volga federal district were obtained. In this article, authors research the possibility of modelling (including with using the Fischer-Pry model) in forecasting the dynamics of prices in the primary and the secondary market of housing of Kazan, upon the influence of the external factors on the dynamics of prices of residential property. The issues of the system analysis of the real estate market, the methodology of investment analysis, as well as statistical monitoring and modeling of the real estate market, are being studied. The paper examines the factors that have a significant impact on the demand for housing and consequently on the dynamics of price changes.

В статье рассматриваются аспекты развития межрегионального сотрудничества Республики Беларусь и Российской Федерации в сферах торговли, инвестиций, производственной кооперации, образования, науки, культуры, медицины и туризма в контексте построения единого экономического пространства. Исходя из анализа опыта субъектов РФ и областей Республики Беларусь, выделяются основные проблемы подобного сотрудничества. В частности, показано, что в рамках Союзного государства контакты и расширение сотрудничества среди регионов сопряжены с трудностями федеративного и унитарного устройства государств, что обуславливает необходимость повышения роли наднациональных институтов и механизмов в определении межрегиональной политики. Определено, что существующие связи имеют широкую географическую распространенность. Выявленные перспективы развития межрегионального сотрудничества могут быть использованы в работе законодательных и исполнительных органов Союзного государства, в деятельности региональных властных структур обеих стран.

This textbook reveals all aspects of the theoretical and applied analysis of the actual problems of modern state and municipal management, which is based on the generalization of the world and domestic experience of the functioning of public administration systems. Within the framework of the communicative paradigm of public administration, the system, mechanism, practices, apparatus of public administration of foreign countries, styles of public decision-making and technologies of their implementation in different models of public administration are considered.
