Menghadapi era global yang diperkirakan ketat dengan persaingan disegala bidang kehidupan, khususnya dunia kerja yang semakin kompetitif, tidak ada alternatif lain selain berupaya meningkatkan kulaitas sumber daya manusia melalui upaya peningkatan mutu pendidikan di setiap jenjang pendidikan. Pada abad 21 nanti tantangan guru pendidikan anak usia dini tidak ringan, akan tetapi semakin berat. Di sisi lain tugas guru pendidikan anak usia dini tidak sederhana tetepi semakin kompleks. Untuk menghadapi tantangan yang semakin berat dan tugas yang semakin kompleks itulah maka profesionalisme guru PAUD harus dapat ditingkatkan dari yang sudah ada selama ini. Guru pendidikan anak usia dini pada abad 21 ini dan abad selanjutnya ditantang untuk melakukan ekseletasi terhadap perkembangan informasi dan komunikasi. Pembelajaran di kelas dan pengelolaan kelas, pada abad ini haruslah disesuaikan dengan standar kemajuan ilmu, teknologi, dan komunikasi.
This study aims to find out and obtain objective information about the effect of teacher professional competence and student learning facilities on learning achievement in class X SMA Negeri 1 Teluk Keramat, Sambas Regency. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative method with the Expost Facto approach. with the form of research used in this study is a comparative causal study. The data analysis technique from the results of this study is descriptive statistics used to describe the data for each variable and regression analysis is used for hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate that (1) the professional competence of teachers is included in the good criteria and a total score of 9770 is obtained. Student learning motivation is included in the high criteria and a total score of 5535 is obtained. The conclusion of this study is that the variable of teacher professional competence has a positive and significant influence on the results. student learning that is equal to 31.13%, and the variable of student learning motivation has a positive and significant influence on learning outcomes that is equal to 4.41%, while the variables of teacher professional competence and student learning motivation together have a positive and significant influence on learning outcomes. students, namely 56.9%.
Tujuan dari kegiatan Bersih Pantai adalah meningkatkan kepedulian dan partisipasi masyarakat dalam menjaga lingkungan pesisir dan muara untuk menciptakan lingkungan yang bersih dan lestari serta meningkatkan kerjasama lintas sektor dalam pengelolaan sampah dari muara dan pesisir. Selain itu, diharapkan kegiatan Bersih Pantai ini juga bisa mendukung Peraturan Pemerintah Republik Indonesia Nomor 83 Tahun 2018 tentang Penanganan Sampah Laut. Adapun rencanaa pembersihan daerah pantai adalah Berdasarkan pembersihan yang telah dilakukan, sampah yang dominan ditemukan di kawasan pesisir adalah sampah plastik seperti sedotan, popok bayi, kemasan makanan, minuman dan sendok plastik bahkan karpet bekas, handuk bekas, bahkan berbagai jenis pakaian yang dibuang oleh masyarakat yang ada di pesisir pantai. Sebagian besar plastik yang ditemukan sudah dalam kondisi rapuh dan mudah terurai menjadi butiran – butiran plastik yang lebih kecil. Hal ini menunjukkan sampah plastik tersebut sudah berada di kawasan pesisir cukup lama dan tidak bisa terurai, meskipun menjadi butiran – butiran kecil yang kita kenal dengan mikroplastik. Mikroplastik ini justru lebih berbahaya karena bisa terakumulasi dalam tubuh organisme laut.
The purpose of this study was to determine the partial and simultaneous effect of work motivation and leadership of the head of learning activity center (LAC) on tutors’ performance in Bone Bolango Regency. The study was relied on a quantitative approach and causality design. Further, the data analysis technique consisted of a descriptive analysis of importance performance analysis (IPA) and multiple regression. The results showed that (1) work motivation positively and significantly influenced tutors’ performance in Bone Bolango Regency with a determination coefficient of 44.30%. (2) The leadership of the LAC head positively and significantly contributed to tutors’ performance in the site area with a determination coefficient of 40.20%. (3) Work motivation and the leadership of LAC head simultaneously and significantly affected tutors’ performance with a determination coefficient of 84.50%. On the other hand, the remaining 15.50% was explained by other variables, namely work discipline, performance allowance, work environment, and work ethic. This study aims to describe the teacher's efforts in developing moral values-based character. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. The technique of collecting data in this research is by using observation, interview, and documentation. The results of this study show that of 19 students, there are two students who have different characters and if the teacher gives lessons to the students, it turns out the two students are just playing. These two students also handed in their assignments to the last minute. It revealed that the nature of the two students was influenced by the environment and also the influence of the background of parents of students whose job is only farmers and motorcycle taxi drivers. The condition makes the students less motivated in getting involved in the learning process at school. In conclusion, the teacher has tried to advise, give warning, light punishment, and yet both students keep on doing things that make other students less happy.
