The article discusses the main technological indicators that reflect the operation of the Russian oil and gas complex in the period 2008–2018 – the increase in oil reserves, the multiplicity of oil reserves reproduction, production and inactive well stocks, commissioning of new wells, production and exploration drilling, and average daily production. Special attention is paid to the analysis of the technological state and technological development potential of the oil and gas complex.
MET is one of the most important taxes for companies, extracting oil in Russia. Tax relief in MET formula is a possibility to control oil extraction by reducing the MET rate. There is light oil of high quality in the deposits of Eastern Siberia, that’s why its development is crucial for the industry. To analyze the influence of the tax relief in Eastern Siberia, Russian regional and federal methods were used. Significant factors were determined and used in the calculation (e.g. production increase, ratio of incomes and etc).
The study devoted to the layering effect on the thrust structures formation. The layers strength properties effect on the deformation medium pattern and the stress state distribution features is studied. It is shown that a strength change due to depth leads to an inhibition of the plastic deformation localization zones development and a prerequisites creation to the internal detachment formation.
This article discusses various techniques for identifying "resource dependence" and "resource curse", and compiles their classification. We use multivariate regressions and data about Russian regions for 2017. It was shown that the initially used approach to analysis gives a negative result, but modern methods gives other results, the resource curse spreads through separate channels. It is impossible to say unequivocally about the absence of a curse in Russia.
This work is devoted to the study of the way how renewable energy effects economic growth and identify same patterns of environmental convergence between developed and developing countries. Therefore, there were analyzed models describing the dependence between total income, the consumption of solar and wind energy on panel data of Asia–Pacific countries, Western and Eastern Europe. The study has found evidence of renewables` positive impact on economic growth.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
