This study aims to determine the relationship between working time, workload and work stress on work fatigue in the lecturers of Faculty X, University of X. The type of research carried out is observational analytic with a cross sectional study approach with primary and secondary data collection methods. The sample in this study was active lecturers at the Faculty of X, University of X, totaling 35 people who were taken using purposive sampling technique. Data collection by using a questionnaire. The results showed that there was no relationship between work time and work fatigue (p=1,000), there was a relationship between workload and work fatigue (p=0.018), and there was a relationship between work stress and work fatigue (p=0.005). Lecturers should always pay attention to work time, rest time and time management and reduce excessive workload so that teaching time does not collide with each other which can cause work fatigue.

Diabetes mellitus (DM) is a metabolic disease that increases blood glucose levels above normal due to abnormal insulin secretion, insulin action, or both. The purpose of this study is to determine the glycemic index (IG) of several types of food. The method of this study was observational with cross-sectional study design. The results showed that the lowest GI was young corn (IG 34), kepok banana (IG 46), cassava (IG 46), Havermuth (IG 48), sweet potato (IG 51), and taro (IG 54). Head rice has a high GI, which is 78. This study concludes that the lowest GI is young IG 34 and the highest is rice, having IG 78. This study is expected as a strategy in the selection of low-GI food ingredients as a preventive measure dm.

This study aims to describe the condition of physical health according to their own views as an effect of their daily activities walking to sell fish from aisle to aisle and from house to house. The theory for reading the research data is Stack's 1974 thinking about organizing to address the problems faced by women with qualitative research methods. The results of the study show that the cultural duties of Muna women, namely managing the household and educating children at home, have changed as a result of urbanization in Kendari City. The cultural duties of managing the household and educating children are still being carried out. The organization is that when they leave the house to sell fish, the task of taking care of the children is entrusted to the people at home or to the family closest to the house. They did not experience serious illness, let alone hinder the activity of selling fish around in Kendari City. In general, children's education can be funded up to a bachelor's degree. The only ailments experienced were aches and headaches which were treated with traditional medicine and adequate intake. Unintentionally, the job of selling fish around the junjung in Kendari City has a positive effect on their health, both those who are classified as elderly and not elderly.
