The aim of this work was to study the effect of various methods of surgical treatment of strangulated intestinal obstruction on the contractile function of the myocardium.

Реферат. Были проанализированы результаты аугментационной маммопластики у 240 пациенток, выполненной различными доступами. Аугментация -это увеличение молочных желез с помощью имплантов. Сегодня в пласти-ческой хирургии увеличение груди не считается сложной операцией. Отработанные методики позволяют быстро провести увеличение груди. Results of the augmentation of the breast in 240 patients, using different approaches were analyzed. Augmentation -this is augmentation of the breast with implants. Now in plastic surgery augmentation mammaplasty is not a difficult operation. Contemporary methods allow conducfing the augmentation of the breast quickly.

Currently, a lot of experience has been gained in the treatment of chronic lymphatic insufficiency by forming direct anastomoses (LVVA) or lymphonodulovenous anastomoses. Most surgeons apply LVVA in secondary forms of lymphedema due to impaired patency of the lymphatic vessels or nodes after trauma, surgery, inflammation, or radiotherapy. At the same time, there are reports of surgical treatment of primary lymphedema.

We used radioisotope phlebography to assess the immediate and long-term results of 11 reconstructive surgeries on the main veins of the lower extremities, including cross femoral autovenous shunting for unilateral iliac vein occlusions and saphenous femoral shunting aimed at eliminating pathological reflux through the femoral vein.
