Monocrystalline Mn:SrTiO3 was prepared from the compounds MnO2, TiO2, and SrCO3, which had equivalent weights of 2.52 g. Mn was doped in this sample at 60 mol%. The sample was heated half hour, and annealed at 1223 K ( 950 °C ). The sample had an orientation of (100). The study was performed at room temperature ( T = 300 K = 27 °C ). The structure of this crystal was investigated using X-ray diffraction and found to be cubic ( 3 ̅ ). The lattice parameter of the Mn:SrTiO3 crystal was 3.269 Å. The grain size of this crystal was magnified 5,000-100,000 times using scanning electron microscopy and found to be in range of 1.33µm-91.4nm.
-Mn:SrTiO3 monocrystal was prepared from these compounds MnO2, TiO2, SrCO3 by equivalent weight at 2.52g.Mn doped to sample by 60% mole. The sample under studied had size of 3mm thickness, and 12mm diameter at room temperature T=300K=27 0 C which has annealing temperature equal to1223K= 950 0 C for 24 h. The structure studied for this crystal by XRD way. The lattice constant for Mn: SrTiO3 crystal was calculated where a=3.269ᵒA. It structure was cubic type ( 3 ̅ ). The grain size of this crystal investigated by (SEM), it was 5µm at 5000 time magnified.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
