We compute the Yang-Mills vacuum wave functional in three dimensions at weak coupling with O(e 2 ) precision. We use two different methods to solve the Schroedinger functional equation. One of them generalizes to O(e 2 ) the method followed by Hatfield at O(e) [2]. The other uses the weak coupling version of the gauge invariant formulation of the Schroedinger equation and the ground state wave functional followed by Karabali, Nair, and Yelnikov [3]. We compare both results and discuss the differences between them.Xth Quark Confinement and the Hadron Spectrum,
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
