The main purpose of this research is to analyse Theory of Planned Behaviour (TPB), bureaucracy culture, Entrepreneurial Leadership Behaviour /ELB, and the performance of government apparatus in Southeast Minahasa District. The design of the data was obtained from 86 respondents who work as the government apparatus in Southeast Minahasa. Data analysis in this study used an alternative method of Structural Equation Modelling (SEM). The findings of the research showed that attitude and perceived behavioural control have significant influence on IEL, and subjective norm does not have significant influence on IEL. The authority has significant influence, but also weak on performance of Government Officials. ELB has the highest contribution for the performance of Government Officials. It means that Entrepreneurial Leadership Behaviour is the answer for public demand for creating a good government.
Sebagian besar masyarakat Indonesia melakukan aktivitas belanja online. Apalagi di masa pandemi Covid-19, belanja online menjadi pilihan yang tepat untuk menjaga diri agar tidak terpapar Covid-19. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh online customer rating, sistem pembayaran cash on delivery dan online customer review terhadap keputusan pembelian online pada mahasiswa dan alumni equil choir secara parsial dan secara simultan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah penelitian kuantitatif. Menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh yaitu mengambil 100% sampel dari jumlah populasi sebanyak 101 responden. Berdasarkan hasil uji t online customer rating berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, sistem pembayaran cash on delivery berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, dan online customer review tidak berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Dan berdasarkan uji F online customer rating, sistem pembayaran cash on delivery, dan online customer review secara simultan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian.Kata Kunci: online customer rating, cash on delivery, online customer review, keputusan pembelian
This study aims to examine the effect of simultaneous and partial of job satisfaction, organizational commitment as an independent variable on turnover intention as the dependent variable. The methodology of this research uses quantitative descriptive. The sampling technique using simple random sampling obtained a sample of 52 employees of BETA BERLIAN MANADO. Data collection using a questionnaire while the data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis processed with the help of SPSS version 25. The results showed: (1) F test results showed that job satisfaction, organizational commitment and work environment simultaneously had a positive and significant effect on turnover intention at BETA BERLIAN MANADO. (2) Based on the partial test results the job satisfaction variable has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention at BETA BERLIAN MANADO. (3) Based on the partial test results the organizational commitment variable has a negative and not significant effect on turnover intention at BETA BERLIAN MANADO.
