The N‐acylglycines (I) react with the dichlorophosphite (II) in the presence of triethylamine to give the oxazaphospholine (IIIa) or a mixture of the isomeric oxazaphospholines (IIIb) and (IVb).
Triacyl Phosphorus Triamides. -The synthesis of novel phosphorus triamides, (II) and (IV), based on the reaction of lactams or carboxylic amides with PCl3 is accomplished.
