This article substantiates the relevance of the development and implementation of Rosatom Production System projects focused on the modernisation of equipment and technological systems of nuclear power plants. The purpose of these projects is to increase energy saving. The peculiarities of economic efficiency assessment methods based on stage-by-stage analysis of indicators by statistical and dynamic methods are considered. It is determined that the estimation procedure of economic feasibility of investing into Rosatom Production System projects on increasing energy saving has specificity depending on the content of measures. In this regard, the authors consider the results, economic and operational effects of six types of typical measures.
This article discusses the benefits of implementing compliance control in enterprises. Analytical materials of authoritative organizations in the field of compliance are used to substantiate the author's position. Experience is considered Rosatom State Corporation development and implementation of compliance discipline. Indicators are given that testify to the effectiveness of the compliance control system at the enterprise. The necessity and efficiency of using digitalization tools for compliance control is substantiated.
The article discusses some problems of providing the socio-economic security of the territories where nuclear facilities are located using the example of Volgodonsk, their dynamics are presented. The authors present the starting results of the project work of the initiative community of the city focused on the improvement of the territory. The importance of adhering to the principles of marketing, collaborative design, and tactical urbanism in the development of territorial development strategies is noted. Target and motivational guidelines for all groups of stakeholders are defined. The tasks and main directions of complicity in the project are set. The role of the key partner and project expert, the Agency for Strategic Initiatives, is outlined.
