This research aims to develop an integrated information system for pharmaceutical companies in Indonesia, which has separate business units in two different locations. An Integrated System is needed to provide the value of competence in the technology and information systems that companies use in their business processes. The development stage starts from the assessment and understanding of the current situation both in the business environment and the IS/IT environment. The business environment includes the internal business environment and external business environment.Similarly, the IS/IT environment which includes internal and external IS/IT environments. With a deep understanding of current conditions, it can be determined the Information System(IS) strategy, Information Technology(IT) strategy and future IS/IT strategies. This study reveals the following results: The absence of good system integration with the business units involved makes the company in a weak position. But in terms of opportunity is quite high so that the use of technology and information systems that fit business needs is recommended in this study. The results of this study recommends some applications that can solve problems commonly experienced by companies such as system integration and business process automation to achieve more efficient and effective business processes.
Social media like Twitter used as a reference for popular and trusted news today. This opportunity could be useful manner to inform the natural disasters that occur in certain condition related to their locations. This study aims to proposed model to select the topic related to the natural disasters that occur in Indonesia based on Twitter user timeline. The selected topic will use as a reference to ascertain events, conditions of victims, and position of disaster locations. In this study, the data taken from the official Twitter account of @BNPB_Indonesia. The data extracted into two main classes, and grouped based on types of disasters, victims, and disaster locations or safe point position using decision tree algorithm.
The development of primary schools in a district needs to be monitored to make it easier for the education office to manage primary school resources effectively. This monitoring can be done through a system that provides information about the profiles of principals, teachers, and students in each elementary school in the district area. Documents containing primary school data are sometimes so numerous that a paper-free computerized information system can be chosen to overcome them. Based on these problems, the purpose of this study is to build an information system for elementary school development in web-based districts. This information system is designed using the Unified Approach method which consists of stages of object-oriented analysis, design and programming. The results of the study are systems that can store school data, school principals, teachers and students to make school progress reports per school year. The resulting system can be studied by users in the education office in about two hours with an absorption rate of 87%. The benefit gained is that it is known that the development of elementary school conditions in all districts is used to plan further development of primary schools.
Garut is a regency in West Java that has various potentials that can be developed. Now many industries have been established. The food or culinary industry is one of the special characteristics of Garut Regency. One of them is a company engaged in the dodol food industry, PT. Herlinah Cipta Pratama, which has several outlets in terms of consignment delivery of dodol. Problems for the delivery of dodol occur because of the shipping process by PT. Herlinah Cipta Pratama which does not match the stock management at the outlet. Therefore, it will need a system that can manage dodol stock in outlets that can be set by PT. Herlinah Cipta Pratama. With the Unified Software Development Process design method with the stages of Requirement, Analysis, Design and Implementation. The results of this study in the form of dodol stock information system design at PT. Herlinah is expected to be able to help the problems in the stock management with the aim that both parties can know the consignment process.
Driving License has become an essential factor in traffic, is also one of the requirements that must be possessed by motorcyclists. In obtaining a Driving License is not as easy as it seems, not a few people who fail in making a Driving License. The reasons vary, most frequently found is due to the difficulty of the field for the practice test and lack of ignorance in completing each of the listing tests. Apart from problems, needs be a solution, such as a learning medium for people who often fail or even for those who first want to make a Driving License. The development method used is the Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC) system, such as concepts, design, material collection, assembly, testing, and distribution. This article produces a simulation design of a motor vehicle driving license that can be used on an android smartphone. The instructional media for simulating motor vehicle driving licenses to be e pected to be able to illustrate making a driving license before a real practice test at the City Resort Police Station.
