Abstract:Facial diplegia is rare and occurs as a simultaneous onset. The relative lack of awareness of this event often leads to dilemma in diagnosis. In this case study, we report a 22-year old female who developed an isolated, spontaneous, simultaneous facial diplegia which was misdiagnosed as bilateral Bell's Palsy. Later, after a detailed clinical evaluation, it has been found to be a variant of Guillian Barre syndrome and managed appropriately.

We report a case of SRCC with CM presenting with asymptomatic progressive unilateral angio‐oedema‐like findings. A high index of suspicion and low threshold for biopsy are crucial for early diagnosis of CM as the prognosis is poor, especially when the primary cancer is SRCC.
