Introduction:Cesarean section (CS) is the most common obstetric operation carried out in daily obstetric practice and the incidence has shown a dramatic increase over the last few decades globally. 1 With the improvement of operative technologies, anaesthia coverage and blood transfusion facilities, safety of cesarean section has increased considerably.
