Bromination of 2-phenyltetrahydroquinolines derivatives was investigated. During the bromination of 2-phenyl-1,2,3,4-tetrahydroquinoline with bromine in chloroform or bromosuccinimide along with the formation of di-and tribrom derivatives the oxidation reaction occurs with the generation of quinoline structure. The interaction of 2-phenyl-1,2,3,4-tetrahydroquinoline with bromine in acetic acid leads to the formation of 6,8-dibromoderivative preserving the 1,2,3,4-tetrahydroquinoline ring. At the same time Nsubstituted 2-phenyl-1,2,3,4-tetrahydroquinoline is selectively brominated in various conditions with the formation of 6-monobromoderivative. By the method of X-ray diffraction analysis the molecular structure of 3,6,8-tribromo-2-phenylquinoline single crystals was determined.
During our further research on gravity models with non-linear symmetry realization we found out that in our paper entitled "Inflationary Solutions in the Simplest Gravity Model with Conformal Symmetry" there was a small mistake. Fortunately it does not influence the general result. So, the stress-energy tensor for the considered model leads to equations:(1) except written in the paper after Eq (3). Therefore, the analysis becomes simpler, and the absence of inflation directly follows from (1):Thus, our conclusion about the absence of inflation confirms.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
