The article investigates problems of digitalization and digital transformation of human resource management at modern organization. Authors suggest implementing approach based on the methodology of digital maturity and adapting it to tasks of human resource departments: the article includes the description of stages of digital maturity of human resource management and steps of its digital transformation of this managerial function. The Forth Industrial Revolution impacts on human capital strongly: its structure is dramatically changing and “talents” begin playing leading role at business companies. In new conditions a special attention is paid to knowledge management as a key function of human resource management. One of problems in knowledge management is to find out talented staff and create conditions for full integration their intellectual potential in production and business processes. Digital transformation of human resource management creates a new possibility for “talents” detection and improvement of their motivation. The authors suggest applying the instrument of knowledge mapping and demonstrate practical examples of its usage at companies. The described approach is especially useful for scientific and research organizations.
Implementation of Big Data Analysis (BDA) and intelligent analytical methods in modern transport companies is a prerequisite for their efficient functioning in the Digital Economy (DE). Integration new intelligent technologies and new organizational principles into transportation is the main reason of rapid changing functions and competences of specialists in transport companies. The paper includes justification and description of a new professional activity in modern transport systems -Transport Analyst who must be ready to solve different sophisticated cross-functional and multi-objective tasks both in technological strategy and in operational management. Development of digital competencies (DC) on transportation becomes a new direction of the educational and training programs at universities. The paper also includes some examples of analytical tasks of the implementation of Industry 4.0 elements in transport systems and a description of a new approach to the preparation of a new type of analysts for transport that are able to solve these tasks. Intelligent information and analytical basis of a modern transport system is a prerequisite for efficient functioning of the digital economy. Modern transport systems are based on new intelligent technologies and new organizational principles, which is why the functions and competences of specialists in transportation are changing very rapidly. This paper substantiates the need and reveals the content of new competencies of specialists for modern transport systems, which should be ready to take into account many different factors, process large amounts of information and solve multi-criteria tasks in transport companies for all management functions. Creation of digital analytical competency for transportation systems represents a new direction of the educational and training programs that must include courses in modern assessment and forecasting methods, big data operation, machine learning, neuron networks and other approaches in artificial intelligence area. This article describes a new approach to the teaching of transportation system analysts that is able to solve various types of tasks to implement Industry 4.0 elements in transportation as examples.
