A great deal of attention is currently being paid to the problem of recycling polymer waste, and a considerable amount of theoretical research and practical experiments are being conducted on the processing and recycling of rubber production waste [1, 2]. This problem is important ecologically because of the environmental pollution caused by mechanical rubber goods.
