Aim. To consider the features of the shared consumption phenomenon that require specialized legal regulation.Tasks. To highlight the problems of the legislative framework in this area; to give suggestions for solving the identified problems.Methodology. The study was conducted in the context of the economic and legal science theory and methodology, using methods of information synthesis and analysis, expert evaluation; scientific and popular scientific publications of domestic and foreign authors were researched.Results. The concept of the shared consumption economy is revealed. The legal aspects of digital platforms for the shared consumption economy are considered, the experience of the European Union (EU) and the results of the Russian Federation (RF) achieved in this area are analyzed. Based on the analysis, the authors propose to apply the principles and mechanisms of integration law for the regulatory regulation of the new socio-economic model.Conclusions. It is shown that integration law will best use the accumulated practical experience of legal mechanisms’ timely adaptation to the variability of the external environment in the conditions of digital transformation and artificial intelligence. It is concluded that the concept of “good governance” can be successfully used for the legal regulation of the shared consumption economy platforms.
Bioeconomy is one of the leading science directions at the present time; countries and international organizations around the world pay close attention to it. They are actively working on policies and strategies for the transition to a bioeconomy. Bioeconomy is based on advances in microbiology that can be used in various processes associated with the use of biological resources; it is changing consumer preferences by bringing a new understanding of resource constraints. Despite the fact that a great contribution has already been made to the science of bioeconomy, much in it still refers to promising scientific developments in such areas as biology, biomedicine, engineering, artificial intelligence, technology, chemistry, etc. This paper provides an overview of the current strategies of different countries in the development and implementation of bioeconomy. Purpose of the work: systematization of target indicators and identification of the most significant among them for different economies. The results of the study point to the need for an in-depth analysis of the challenges and opportunities the world faces on the road to bioeconomy. In addition, it is shown the need to develop common global criteria for assessing the bioeconomic development.

The paper aims at finding and formulating conflict-of-laws principles governing TV format copyright relations. To achieve the goal, we used a vague range of methods standard for jurisprudence, e.g. formallegal, comparative-legal, sociological, and legal modeling methods. As a main result, in comparison with the threads of copyrights conflict-of-laws regulation, we identified the groups of aspects of format issues that have been and have not been brought before courts yet, turned up and explained the approaches to the choice of law usually used by the courts, established in the documents of non-governmental organizations, and proposed our own approach. Moreover, we formulated a cascade of conflict-of-laws rules suitable for finding the proper jurisdictions in TV format contract relations in the absence of choice made by the parties. The paper is the first try to comprehend the issue of conflict-of-laws regulation of format copyright relations.
