Background and Aim: Mastitis is one of the most important diseases of cows and the most expensive pathology for the dairy industry. Therefore, this study was conducted to explore the role of microorganisms isolated from cows with mastitis in the formation of biofilms under the conditions of farm biogeocenosis in the Moscow region. Materials and Methods: Periodic visits to 12 farms in the Moscow region were conducted to explore the microbial profile of the udder of cows with mastitis. During the visits, 103 milk samples from sick animals were collected and examined. Through microbiological analyses, 486 cultures of microorganisms were identified, which are assigned to 11 genera. Mastitis in cows is caused not only by a single pathogen but also by microbial associations, which included two to seven microbial isolates. Results: It was observed that 309 isolates (63.6%) from the total number of isolated microorganisms could form a biofilm. The ability to form biofilms was most frequently observed in Staphylococcus aureus (18.8%), Escherichia coli (11.9%), and Staphylococcus uberis (11.7%) cultures from the total number of biofilm-forming microbial cultures. Low biofilm-forming ability among the isolated microorganisms was found in lactobacilli, wherein only 20 (22.5%) Lactobacillus strains had the ability to form biofilms. The isolated microorganisms exhibited different sensitivities to antimicrobial agents, which cause difficulty in selecting an antimicrobial agent that would act on all aspects of the parasitocenosis. Conclusion: A high proportion of microorganisms isolated from cows with mastitis have the ability to form biofilms. The isolated microorganisms exhibited different and highly heterogeneous sensitivity to the action of antimicrobial drugs. This causes difficulty in using these tools for the effective control of mastitis in cows, which is frequently caused by pathogenic associations of microbial biofilms. Therefore, it is important to explore novel and more effective methods to combat this disease.
Feeding that provides animals with good health, high productivity and good product quality at the lowest feed cost is considered complete. For this goal, it is necessary to balance the diet of animals for all nutrients, because even the work of breeders does not guarantee high productivity from animals without a complete diet. The lack of energy in the diet affects all vital functions of the animal’s body, which caused the need to enrich the diet with energy-carbohydrate feed. This fact determined the relevance of our work. With the help of a computer program, it became possible in a short time to analyze the diet with the inclusion of the studied additive in three different dosages, to assess its structure, nutritional value and to carry out a zoo analysis. The ration was made up for stall and pasture keeping of young cattle of LLC “Agro-Alliance”, divided into 15 animals in a group. The main fodder was procured in the same farm. The calculation showed that in the experimental groups the ration was as close as possible to the standard values, which indicates the prospects of using the studied type of feed in feeding young animals.
Relevance. The agro-industrial complex is a key one in the system of economic development of the Russian Federation. However, the level of development of rural areas leads to an outflow of specialists from this sector of the economy. This is a significant problem at the current stage of development of the domestic economy.Methods. Materials: monographic studies, scientific publications of domestic and foreign authors, statistical data, materials of the legislative framework. The research process used methods of theoretical generalization, synthesis, induction, deduction, complexity, concretization and extrapolation of scientific knowledge.Results. For 2010–2020 there was no significant improvement in the quality of the social infrastructure of rural areas, so this measure by the government is logical, given the importance of the agro-industrial complex for the domestic economy. In addition to the fact that a significant number of citizens of our country work in this sector of the economy, agricultural products are the key to ensuring the country's food security, in a tense situation in the external environment. It should be noted that the economy of the Russian Federation is under pressure from the sanctions of foreign countries, and armed conflicts are taking place in the border states. Accordingly, investing in the development of infrastructure in rural areas is a necessary measure to preserve the independence of the country.
Due to the fact that it is important for athletes to restore the physiological functions of the body after physical exertion, it is necessary to develop corrective measures. One of such methods can be the use of adaptogen preparations of various origins. In this regard, the goal of our research was to study morphological changes in the body of laboratory animals during physical exertion and the use of biologically active substances. For this, the object of the study was mice, the subject of the study was an adaptogen of plant origin - tincture of safflower leuzea, and of animal origin - tincture of pantocrine. Distilled water was used in the control group of animals. Research data carried out for 28 days indicate that in the body of mice, over the limit loads lead to a violation of morphogenesis in a number of internal organs. It has also been established that the use of tincture of leuzea safflower and pantocrine before physical exertion allows you to correct and stabilize the physiological functions of the body of animals, and in particular, the physiology and morphogenesis of the skeletal muscles of animals. The best effect was manifested from the use of an adaptogen of plant origin.
The influence of "FITOS" BAA on the natural resistance of laying hens and their productivity was studied. It was found that it improves the physiological state of the chickens and increases egg production.
