Introduction. Identification of the relationship between the prevalence of carfiovascular diseases and the electromagnetic environment generated by mobile communication terminals (MCT) is an current problem of modern preventive medicine. In the work an assessment of the electromagnetic situation generated by the MCT on value to the individual electromagnetic loading (IEL) is given. Material and methods. Using data measured in 2102 points the energy stream density (ESD), and the access interval (AI), determined by a crowdsourcing method, the individual electromagnetic exposition (IEE) by 1,850 reports on specification of calls in the Republic of Crimea. Using the obtained data of counting the individual electromagnetic loading (IEL). The medico-statistical analysis of the blood circulatory system diseases (BCSD) is carried out on the basis of these statistical forms of treatment. Statistical processing was carried out by the linear correlation analysis according to Pearson. Results. As a result of monitoring of the electromagnetic situation, the average values of the Crimea ESD accounted for 1.36±0.06(mW/cm2), АI: 8.82±0.28, and IEE: 56.94±2.77 min/day were obtained. The average IEL in Crimea was 112.41±9.15 ((µw/cm2)•min). Positive correlations between IEN and indices of morbidity rate of diseases of the circulatory system (DCS) (R=0.511; p=0.015), elevated blood pressure (IBP) (R=0.523; p=0.013), and coronary heart disease (CHD) (R=0.452; p=0.035)) were found. Conclusion. Significant correlations between IEL and DCS, IBP and CHD. Discovered a new correlation between the IEL and increased overall morbidity (IBP) (R=0.449; p=0.036)) allows evaluating the method of determining the IEL as a more “sensitive”.
At present, the pathology of the cardiovascular system is leading in the structure of the morbidity and mortality rate of the population. According to experts, the number of deaths from diseases of the circulatory system (DCS) will grow. A traditional preventive measure for DCS is the promotion of a healthy lifestyle. However, the influence of the electromagnetic field (EMF) and consideration of EMF as one of the factors of the formation of this type of pathology, has not been studied enough. The article considers the results of electromagnetic monitoring in the frequency range of mobile communication. Emission from mobile phones (MP) was determined in the places of their active exploitation by subscribers (microdistricts of cities, urban and rural settlements). The number of measurement points depended on the area of the study space and varied from 3 to 60. At each measuring point, the level of the electromagnetic radiation (EMR) was determined successively from two identical MPs (Samsung G3) in the voice mode with the remote subscriber. The resulting average values of the EMR energy flux density (EFD) depended on the distance to the base stations, their load and did not exceed the existing hygienic standards. However, during the Pearson correlation analysis between the obtained results and the DCS incidence rates, positive reliable correlation dependencies between the average values of EFD and the overall incidence of DCS as a whole (R=0.471, р=0.027) were revealed. Among the components of the DCS, coronary heart disease (R=0.503, р=0.017) is the leader in the correlation. The obtained data testify to the need for further studies of the problem of the influence of EMF on the formation of the cardiovascular system pathology in the population with the aim of justifying priority preventive measures.

It participates in the launch of stress responses, restriction of their development, prevention of adverse effects on the body. There was proved an impact of electromagnetic radiation on the epiphysis. However, morphological changes in the epiphysis under exposure to electromagnetic radiation of modern communication devices are studied not sufficiently. For the time present the population is daily exposed to electromagnetic radiation, including local irradiation on the brain. These date determined the task of this research - the study of the structure of rat pineal gland under the exposure to electromagnetic radiation from personal computers and mobile phones. These date determined the task of this research - the study of the structure of rat pineal gland under the exposure to electromagnetic radiation from personal computers and mobile phones. Performed transmission electron microscopy revealed signs of degeneration of dark and light pinealocytes. These signs were manifested in the development of a complex of general and specific morphological changes. There was revealed the appearance of signs of aging and depletion transmission electron microscopy both in light and dark pinealocytes. These signs were manifested in the accumulation of lipofuscin granules and electron-dense "brain sand", the disappearance of nucleoli, cytoplasm vacuolization and mitochondrial cristae enlightenment.
During the study at the University, the amount of information received by students is significantly increased. This causes the wide use of modern communication devices (personal computers, tablets, mobile phones). A feature of their using is the finding of a person in the immediate vicinity of a source of electromagnetic radiation. In the work, there was made an assessment of the intensity of the use of communication devices by students from 2000 to 2014. The students surveyed had an increase in electromagnetic load from personal computers (PC) by 2.83 times, mobile phones (MР) - by 20.34 times. During the same period, the health state of students was monitored. The level and nature of diseases, the features of nutrition, lifestyle were assessed. The incidence of respiratory diseases, diseases of the nervous system and sensory organs appeared to be the highest. Neoplasms, endocrine pathology, blood and hemopoietic diseases and a number of other diseases are few, heterogeneous and have a beginning most often before admission to the university. For the period of observation, the number of students who never fell ill during the whole period of training decreased by 32.67% against the background of a study of the nature of nutrition, motor activity, the prevalence of bad habits and self-esteem of their health status. During the correlation analysis, reliable positive connections were established between the prevalence rate of eye diseases and the individual dose-bearing electromagnetic load (IDEL) of MP and PC. There was established the negative relationship between MP IDEL and the prevalence rate of ear diseases, positive relationship was found between PC IDEL and prevalence rate of respiratory diseases.
Шизофрениясоциально значимое психическое расстройство, характеризующееся ранним началом и значительными временными и финансовыми затратами на лечение. Антипсихотики высокоэффективны в лечении шизофрении, но в то же время имеют широкий спектр нежелательных лекарственных реакций. Эффективность и безопасность антипсихотиков различна и зависит от характеристик генетически детерминированных механизмов: транспорт, биотрансформация и элиминация.Целью исследования является обозначение важности фармакогенетического тестирования перед началом терапии антипсихотиками на примере клинического случая тяжелых нежелательных реакций у 47летней женщины с шизофренией.Методы: анализ истории болезни пациента; клиническое наблюдение; биохимический анализ сыворотки крови; терапевтический медикаментозный мониторинг; фармакогенетическое тестирование.Клинический случай женщины с шизофренией, у которой было отмечено отсутствие терапевтического ответа на антипсихотики в течение нескольких лет после начала шизофрении. Было обнаружено, что она является гомозиготной носительницей нефункциональных вариантов CYP2D6*4 и CYP2C9*2, гетерозиготной носительницей нефункционального варианта CYP1A1*2A, что стало причиной полного отключения активности изоферментов 2D6, 2C9 и частичного -1A1 семейства CYP в печени и развития нежелательных реакций уже при использовании стартовых доз нескольких антипсихотиков, а также нарастания антипсихотик-индуцированных нежелательных реакций при дальнейшей титрации дозы принимаемых антипсихотиков, нарастания тяжести позитивных (галлюцинации, бред). Отказ от проведения фармакогенетического тестирования до начала назначения антипсихотиков пациентке привело к длительному анамнезу (более 10 лет) антипсихотик-индуцированных нежелательных реакций при применении антипсихотиков в монотерапии и политерапии включая: арипипразол, галоперидол, зуклопентиксол, карипразин, кветиапин, палиперидон, рисперидон, алимемазин, хлорпромазин и др. (метаболизм с участием нефункционального изофермента CYP2D6); галоперидол, клозапин, оланзапин, перфеназин, промазин (метаболизм с участием нефункционального изофермента CYP2C9); галоперидол, оланзапин, пероспирон (метаболизм с участием низкофункционального изофермента СYP1A1).Таким образом, пациентка нуждалась в фармакогенетическом тестировании до назначения антипсихотиков
