which replaces the 2013 curriculum, the implementation of the new curriculum raises various problems or difficulties, one of which is felt by teachers as educators. The purpose of this study is to describe the forms of difficulties faced by teachers in implementing the independent curriculum. This study uses a descriptive qualitative research methodology. Informants in the study were teachers who were selected by means of snowball sampling. The instruments in this study were the researchers themselves, with data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews and documentation studies. Data analysis techniques use the stages of data collection, data reduction, data display and conclusions. Guarantee the validity of the data in this study using triangulation, by combining the three ways of data collection. The results showed that teachers faced various difficulties in implementing the independent curriculum in the form of a lack of teacher readiness both in terms of training and funding, the use of replacement modules for lesson plans, the implementation of P5, and changes in the teaching and learning process and assessment.
The operation of the pivot type trailer on a two-wheeled tractor on flat land shows that it is more ergonomic than conventional trailers, but for testing on sloping land it has never been tested. Therefore, this study aims to analyze ergonomics, especially the operator’s workload on the operation of a pivot-type trailer on a two-wheel tractor on a sloping land. The calculation of the operator’s workload is based on heart rate measurements, where three operators have their heart rate data taken during the activity of operating a two-wheeled tractor in pulling a trailer. The workloads analyzed are qualitative and quantitative workloads. The results showed that the operation of conventional trailers for land slopes of 0°, 10°, and 30° respectively showed IRHR values of 1.23, 1.24, and 1.31 or the level of work “light”, “light”, and “light”. While using a pivot type trailer, the IRHR values are 1.20, 1.27, and 1.55 or the work levels are “light”, “light”, and “medium”. The average energy consumption rate of operating a conventional trailer is 2.54 kcal/hour.kg-bb (kilocalories per hour per operator’s weight), while using a pivot type trailer 2.60 kcal/hour.kg-bb. The high level of operator workload is largely determined by the skill of the operator in operating the trailer, which requires training in its operation. This causes the operator’s workload to operate on pivot type trailers higher than conventional trailers. However, from the aspect of operator comfort and safety, pivot-type trailers are superior, especially when turning.
Open Journal Systems (OJS) is a web-based content management system specifically designed to handle the entire scientific publication management process. The Ministry of Research, Technology and Higher Education has also developed its own index, namely the SINTA (Science and Technology Index) which is expected to not only refer to the Scopus journal index. The relationship between Access Indexing and OJS is inseparable where OJS is a facility in managing journal publications and Access Indexing is a feature for disseminating journal articles in journal searches. This study tries to build an Access Open Journal Systems (AOJS) model that can be used as a form of publication and publishing management in international indexing. The application allows updating of data/content and sharing from various online journal sources. Access Open journal systems (AOJS) can allow end users, and still refer to international publishing management standards. Broadly speaking, this research is divided into three stages, namely pre-development data collection, development and implementation, and post-development data collection. From the results of the study, it has succeeded in developing an Access Open Journal System (AOJS) application by promoting simple features so that journal managers can manage journals well. We also removed the quick publish/submit module which we felt could worsen journal management properly. The OAI feature is also used for indexing so that metadata can be retrieved by multiple indexers. The Access Open Journal System (AOJS) that was built has a fairly easy configuration for its application and service modules, this configuration can make it easier for journal managers to create dynamic content and can be tailored to the needs of each manager.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
