AbstrakTujuan dilaksanakannya tender adalah untuk memberikan kesempatan yang sama kepada pelaku usaha agar dapat ikut menawarkan harga dan kualitas yang bersaing. Sehingga pada akhirnya dalam pelaksanaan proses tender tersebut akan didapatkan harga yang termurah dengan kualitas yang terbaik. Dalam proses pelelangan sampai dengan proses penetapan pemenang lelang sering menimbulkan permasalahan menggunakan cara serta tahapan konvensional, hal ini sangat tidak efektif melihat dari tahapan proses yang di lakukan sangat memakan waktu sehingga waktu terbuang siasia. Dengan adanya kelemahan proses pengadaan barang/jasa tersebut maka dalam penelitain ini akan dilakukan implementasi metode bayes dan group technolgy dalam sistem pendukun keputusan penentuan pemenang tender proyek pemerintah Kata kunci: Tender, Sistem Pendukung Keputusan, Web, Bayes, Group Technology AbstractThe purpose of the tender is to provide equal opportunity to business actors in order to participate in offering competitive price and quality. This research is aimed to recognize the chemical composition, type, and main mineral morphology that are consisted in Batu Angus. The analytical methods used are X-ray Fluorescence (XRF), X-ray Diffraction (XRD), Fourier Transform Infra-Red (FTIR), and Scanning Electronic Microscopic (SEM). The result of the research showed that the chemical composition of Angus stone consists of silicone mineral and iron. The kind of silicone mineral is identified as mineral quartz, cristobalite, and tridymite while the iron mineral is identified as maghemite. The silicone mineral morphology has tetragonal, cubic, orthorhombic, hexagonal, and trigonal geometry shapes.
Research on the analysis of groundwater quality in South Ternate District, Ternate City, North Maluku Province needs to be carried out considering that the community's water sources in the area come from groundwater (dug and drilled wells), so knowledge of groundwater quality in the form of pH, TDS, EC, and temperature be important. The purpose of this study is to determine the quality of groundwater; as well as recommendations related to groundwater quality in the South Ternate District area. The stages of the research method were carried out by collecting primary data in the form of well coordinates and elevation, physical properties of groundwater, groundwater quality measurement results and secondary data collection. The water quality results in the South Ternate District for the 40 samples measured ranged from pH 5.2 to 6.6; TDS 4-2150 ppm; EC 8-4240 µS/cm and temperature ranges from 26.5-29.7oC. Based on Permenkes Number 32 of 2017 concerning environmental health quality standards and water health requirements for sanitary hygiene purposes, only 3 wells had a pH in the range of 6.5-8.5, namely samples F-02, TO-01, and TO-02. The physical quality of groundwater shows that the closer to the east the pH is, the closer to neutral, while the west is lower. The effective time of work used by the operator is the time available 12 hours per shift per 1 day, but the reality on the ground of the acquisition of effective time is 6, 67 hours or 56% for excavator and 6.59 hours or 55% for dump truck, Match factor (The number that shows the comparison between the production of loading equipment and the hauling unit served) is MF <1, which means that the conveyance is always busy, while the loading tools has idle time.
Smoked fish is a fish processing product that is very popular with consumers in Indonesia. Smoked fish production in Indonesia, especially in Weda District, Central Halmahera District, still has various problems in the production process because the tools used in daily smoked fish production are still conventional. PKM activity partner is one of the smoked fish home industries located in Weda District, Central Halmahera. Conventional smoking tools are only made of wood and racks made of bamboo and are still open so that the efficiency of smoke for smoking fish is less than optimal. Therefore, through PKM Kubermas, it will be carried out to replace conventional fish smoking equipment owned by partners with cabinet-type smoking equipment to increase production yields. The service implementation process is divided into 7 stages, namely the preparation stage, socialization, making tools, socializing the use of tools, mentoring and evaluation. The results achieved are the dimensions of the smoked fish equipment made with dimensions of length 120 cm, width 80 cm and height 200 cm, while the time required for smoked fish production is more efficient, namely 2 to 3 hours in one production. It uses less fuel at one time because the smoker is closed.
