Aim: This study aims to compare the nurse’s productivity attitudes according to different shifts and other independent variables.
Methods: A total of 176 nurses working in a university hospital in XXXXXXX were included in this descriptive study. After obtaining the required approvals, the questionnaire was delivered to nurses working on night and day shifts and completed by nurses who volunteered to participate in the study. After completing the questionnaires, descriptive statistics (percentage, average, standard deviation) and parametric (t-test in independent groups and one-way analysis of variance) and nonparametric (Mann Whitney U Analysis and Kruskal Wallis) comparison analyzes were used.
