Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan pendekatan One Shot Case Study dan metode survei. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis implementasi pembelajaran PJOK pada masa pandemi Covid-19 di SD Negeri se-Kecamatan Percut Sei Tuan Kabupaten Deli Serdang. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu guru PJOK yang sudah mendapatkan sertifikasi di SD Negeri se-Kecamatan Percut Sei Tuan Kabupaten Deli Serdang yang berjumlah 38 sekolah dengan 47 guru PJOK. Penelitian ini memiliki 9 Indikator yang dijadikan sebagai acuan untuk menilai tingkat pengimplementasian pembelajaran PJOK pada masa pandemi Covid-19. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu: (1) indikator 1, 94.89%; (2) indikator 2, 74.15%; (3) indikator 3, 90.96%; (4) indikator 4, 64.98%; (5) indikator 5, 90.96%; (6) indikator 6, 79.76%; (7) indikator 7, 89.63%; (8) indikator 8, 73.05%; (9) indikator 9, 79.79%. Dari ke-9 indikator tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa tingkat pengimplementasian pembelajaran PJOK pada masa pandemi Covid-19 di SD Negeri se-Kecamatan Percut Sei Tuan Kabupaten Deli Serdang sebesar 82,01% dengan kategori sangat baik.

This study aims to produce a model of basic throw through games which is useful for teachers in giving lessons to primary school students. This development model is a procedural development, because it is in accordance with the problem to be solved and the objectives to be achieved. The procedure used includes five main stages, namely: 1) conducting an analysis of the product you want to develop, 2) making an initial product of a model of basic throw through games for primary students, 3) expert validation, 4) field testing, and 5) product revision. The data are qualitative and quantitative data, while the instruments are list question and observations. Data analysis uses percentages to analyze and subject ratings to assess the feasibility, quality and acceptability of the product. The research study in a model of basic throw through games for primary students along with the development of infrastructure, regulations, and playing techniques. The model for developing basic throw through this game is proven to be feasible, of quality, then acceptable for developing the concept skills of game motion and increasing the physical fitness of primary school students, because respondents when playing ball show that the average category is quite good, meaning that this development model is average - can be demonstrated.
Case method is a problem-based learning method, which aims to make the learning process more concrete, and can develop students' abilities in critical thinking, creative, innovative and problem solving. Team Based Project is a project-based learning method that starts with a problem. Through Team Based Project students are required to work on real projects through the process of exploration, analysis, synthesis, assessment, investigation and collaboration to produce real work. Learning with Team Based Project will be able to develop active learning and develop students' ability, critical thinking, creative, collaborative and innovative. The methods that will be used to achieve the objectives of Community Service activities are, mentoring, training, providing facilities, and empowerment with the following stages: 1) Preparation Stage; 2) Assessment stage; 3) Alternative Program or Activity Planning Phase; 4) Action Plan Formulation Phase; 5) Program or Activity Implementation Phase; and 6) Evaluation Phase. The results of the Community Partnership Program activities that will be carried out at the Teacher's Meeting of Physical Education and Sports Subjects are to provide knowledge and skills in the development of Physical Education and Sports Education learning. This activity aims to: 1) increase partners' knowledge about Case Methods and Team Based Projects, 2) improve partners' abilities in creative, innovative, professional, and independent abilities, 3) improve partners' abilities in developing Case Method and Team Based Project-based Sports and Health Physical Education learning in Indonesia Junior High School, 4) partners have learning tools for Physical Education, Sport and Health based on Case method and Team based projects in accordance with basic competencies.
