This article aims to 1) To find out how the process of implementing principal management in increasing educational quality at SMP BP Amanatul Ummah. 2) Knowing what are the supporting and inhibiting factors of the principal management process in improving the quality of education at SMP BP Amanatul Ummah. 3) Knowing the principal management process on the quality of professional education at SMP BP Amanatul Ummah Pacet Mojokerto. This research is qualitative research using descriptive methods, namely research methods to solve actual problems. Data collection was carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation. The management of school principals in order to increase education output at SMP BP Amanatul Ummah the program carried out is to increase the ability of school personnel in resource management and program preparation, encouraging greater community participation to support education in schools, encouraging the use of school budgets according to school needs. functions are implemented by taking four stages, namely: planning, organizing, implementing and supervising. From the results of research and data obtained from the implementation of school principal management, the impact of the implementation of BP Amanatul Ummah Junior High School education, especially the achievement of students, shows high achievement both academic and non-academic achievements. In implementing principal management, it is inseparable from supporting and inhibiting factors, to anticipate inhibiting factors a solution is needed to overcome them.
Food plants is a type of plant in which there are carbohydrates and proteins that can be used as a source of energy for humans. one of which is lengkir. Lengkir growth wild and can found started from the edge of the sea 0 mdpl to a height of about 220 mdpl. This study aims to inventory and characterize lengkir in Bangka island. The research method consists of determining the location of the distributioan lengkir by purposive sampling and morphological characterization. The results showed that the number of individuals most found in Bangka Tengah is 678 individuals and the least in the city of Pangkalpinang is 16 individuals. The conclusion of this study that the lengkir found in all districts of the island of Bangka with the pattern of distribution groups. A map of the distribution of lengkir on the Bangka island is expected to contribute to the availability of the location information and the conditions of existence lengkir in Bangka island.
The quality of Islamic education is generally influenced by several factors, among other things: leadership, organizational culture, lecturercompetence versus faculty student ratio, dynamic curriculum, library collections and learning facilities. The factors above are most likely to influence and impact the quality of education process in general. Developing a model of management strategy for quality learning is a minimal effort to improve quality graduates of a university. The model was developed on the basis of the following theories: (1) transformative leadership (Tichy and Devana (1997), (2) strategy of learning organization, (Peter (2002), and (3) a quality-based management (Griffin, 2004). The implementation of active learning in junior high schools, particularly on how students respond to it is interesting to examine. The active learning program is extensively implemented in randomly selected seven provinces, at state schools in Indonesia. This research aims to investigate the implementation of EFL (English as a Foreign Language) active learning in classroom settings and to identify how the implementation is perceived by the students. To examine the implementation, 12 classroom observations at 8 purposely selected schools were carried out. Meanwhile, to identify how the implementation was perceived by the students, a number of students were interviewed, and 12 field notes were confirmed for validation. After the data were intensively analyzed, it was found that (1) active learning was evident in most classrooms in which group work was selected as the main learning strategy; (2) strategies were employed to perform different tasks and activities within ELT (English Language Teaching) sequences; and (3) most students positively responded the implementation of active learning with some suggestion for better implementation. This research recommends that the active learning approach be implemented in EFL classrooms since it potentially promotes skills other than English language skills.
