Аn in-depth theoretical study and a critical analysis of the main aspects and existing approaches to the definition of modern education management methods aimed at improving the quality of educational services was carried out. The necessity of using modern approaches to managing education as an integral element of the economy, which is the driver of professional growth and changes in society, is substantiated. The features and key aspects of the formation of the institutionalization of education management in a separate university with the aim of ensuring the quality of modern education and the effectiveness of its management are considered. An in-depth analysis of the quality of educational services; a conceptualized comparison of education level indices, ratings of national education systems and their effectiveness in countries of the world. Practical recommendations have been developed on adapting the management system of educational institutions in accordance with modern economic and social requirements for the quality of educational services, which will increase audience loyalty and increase the effectiveness of management processes.
This study aimed to identify the effect of internal marketing applications on the mental image of tourism programs in Jordan from a standpoint of directors of the travel and tourism offices. The study adopted the survey method by questionnaire to collect the data. A total of 126 respondents were analyzed using SPSS. The study showed that the tourist offices and travel use all internal marketing applications, namely: workers considered internal customers; quality of services; training and development; and the adoption of the rewards system to motivate employees. The study showed a positive impact of internal marketing to form a positive image for tourism programs offered by the travel and tourism offices. The study recommended that attention to form a good mental image and activation programs and applications of internal marketing to upgrade office performance.
This paper seeks to encourage potential and existing entrepreneurs to do business, even in economic crisis and global recession. The global economic crisis strongly affected less developed areas, especially small entrepreneurs in these areas. In such conditions there is not much space left for successful entrepreneurship, entrepreneurs are forced to search new opportunities, and to do businesses with higher risks. They must have a modern approach to entrepreneurship, which tries to discover new opportunities in an innovative way. The paper shows that crisis and recession can provide new opportunities that need to be detected at the right time Competitive advantage may be gained if the entrepreneur is able to offer something valuable and important to the market, and if it differs from the competition in a way that offers better quality. In addition, there must be many other sources of competitive advantages which should support the main source of competitive value. The aim of the paper is to help entrepreneurs to find sources of competitive advantage in time of economic crises.
Modern lifestyle is hard to imagine without the hustle and bustle that takes place in shopping malls that have become part and parcel of the economic and social life of every modern global citizen. Shopping malls are on the increase in major cities with Jordan being a hub for competitors in the mall industry. Hence, there is a growing need to understand consumers" perceptions, dispositions and preferences as to the mall image nowadays. The purpose of this research is to determine the effect and significance of entertainment on the mall industry in Jordan. The data were conducted by structured questionnaire from 450 shoppers who visit the five largest malls, namely, AL-Mukhtar, Sameh, Arabella, Irbid, and AL-Safeway in Irbid as the biggest and high density city in the north territory of Jordan. The results of study showed that the age group less than 25 years of shoppers ranked first in patronage of the shopping malls mainly for reasons related to leisure, fun and entertainment. The study concludes by emphasizing the need for huge entertainment facilities, such as, family entertainment centers, cinema, gym, bowling alley, billiard hall and video games.
